Today, September 27, 2026, marks the official "1.5th Anniversary" of Madodora's release.
The six months since our 1st anniversary on March 27 have truly flown by. We are able to celebrate this 1.5th anniversary thanks to all of you who play the game daily and offer your warm support and feedback. The entire development and operations team expresses its heartfelt gratitude.
As we reach the 1.5th anniversary, the release of the movie "Puella Magi Madoka Magica: Walpurgis Night" on August 28 and the excitement of fans visiting theaters were significant events for us. We hope that through various in-game and external initiatives during the month between the movie's release and today's "Magia Day 2026," Madodora contributed to that excitement.
Looking back at these past six months, numerous opinions and requests received from you, starting with the 1st anniversary survey, led to updates such as "slimming down playtime," the "two major gacha revamps" in July, and the implementation of "Memory Crystals." These improvements and the current popularity of Madodora were made possible because you shared your voices and engaged with the game alongside us. We thank you again from the bottom of our hearts.
For the 1.5th anniversary, we will be rolling out various updates and campaigns sequentially starting at 21:00 JST today, September 27. As announced at the "Magia Day 2026" event, we present the "Three Major Updates" to kick off the anniversary. We have prepared substantial updates so that you can continue to enjoy Madodora for a long time to come. Please enjoy them.

- Exedra Quest "Lighthouse Theater Arc" Chapter 1 Part 2 Act I (Starts Sept 27, 21:00) The first chapter of the fully voiced original story "Exedra Quest" reaches its climax. What happened to Namie, Kyoko, Felicia, and Miki Sayaka whom they met in the strange Mitakihara? Please enjoy the latest story surrounding the Memories.
- Limited ★5 Memory "Homura Akemi (Walpurgis Night)" Appears (Sept 27, 21:00) From the movie "Puella Magi Madoka Magica: Walpurgis Night," the new limited ★5 Memory "Homura Akemi (Walpurgis Night)" appears in the Pickup Gacha.
- Main Quest "Sorana Magica ~Our Fates, Our Futures~" (Opens Oct 4) Finally, a new series featuring Madodora's original magical girls begins. Please enjoy the epic tale of Sorana and her friends set against the backdrop of space.
