Our
first
MintBox opens for participation on June 4. It's a public, transparent, and verifiable
issuance
on MarketCards — releasing the Tokenized Interest of rare cards we sourced ourselves (all one-of-ones), 100% publicly, to everyone who participates.
1. What is MintBox
MintBox is the mechanism for the first public issuance of Tokenized Interest. Once a card or Card Collection is tokenized on MarketCards, it can be opened for participation through MintBox. You participate with USDC, and the platform allocates Tokenized Interest to winning users through a public, verifiable draw. Any non-winning portion of USDC becomes claimable after results are published and must be claimed manually.
The mechanism is built as Box + Ticket + Draw Factor, so every allocation does three things at once:
- Open — all card information, valuation, and participation parameters are disclosed before the MintBox begins.
- Transparent — exactly which Tokenized Interest, and how much, sits in each Box can be looked up by Box number before it starts.
- Verifiable — the Draw Factor that decides the draw is generated from the public Binance BTC/USDC spot price at a specified moment, and anyone can recompute the result.
Key Information

2. Rules & Mechanics
1) Participation rules & key timestamps
- Commitment unit — the amount must be an integer multiple of the Box Price. With a 10 USDC Box Price, commit in multiples of 10 (e.g., 10, 20, 50, 110…).
- Ticket issuance — for every full Box Price (10 USDC) committed, the system issues 1 Ticket. Commit 100 USDC → 10 Tickets.
- Target Raise — if total commitments don't reach the target by the close of the period, all committed USDC is fully refunded.
- Key dates: June 4, 08:00 UTC — participation opens June 8, 00:00 UTC — participation closes June 8, 08:00 UTC — secondary-market trading opens
2) The Ticket mechanism & how winning works
Each Ticket is the only entry into the draw, and each independently enters the final draw and ranking:
- Ticket number — a 4-digit number (e.g., 3827), randomly generated and shown the moment you complete your commitment.
- Generation time — each Ticket records its timestamp, used as the tie-breaker within the same hit group.
Draw & allocation (after participation closes):
- Draw Factor generation — take the Binance BTC/USDC spot price at the specified moment (June 8, 00:00 UTC), rounded to two decimals. Extract the tens digit, ones digit, first decimal, second decimal, concatenated into a 4-digit Draw Factor. Example: BTC price 77,795.60 → tens 9 / ones 5 / first decimal 6 / second decimal 0 → Draw Factor = 9560
- Digit-by-digit matching — each Ticket is compared to the Draw Factor position by position; a digit counts as a hit only on an exact same-position match. More hits = higher tier. Example: Draw Factor 9560 vs Ticket 3560 → ✗✓✓✓ → 3/4 hits
- Ticket ranking — first by number of hits (4/4 > 3/4 > 2/4 > 1/4 > 0/4); within the same group, ranked by commitment time — earlier ranks higher.
3) Over-subscription allocation logic
Once ranking is done, Tickets map to Box numbers in order:
- With 30,000 Boxes, Tickets ranked 1 through 30,000 receive the corresponding Box — rank #1 gets Box #1, rank #2 gets Box #2, and so on.
- Tickets ranked beyond 30,000 are non-winning; the corresponding commitment becomes claimable manually after results are published.
In short: when demand is high and Tickets exceed 30,000, the Tickets with more hits and earlier commitment times win first — the rest are refunded in full.
4) Lucky Digit (referral boost, optional)
To reward sharing: for each invitee who successfully participates in this MintBox with a commitment of at least 100 USDC, the inviter earns 1 Lucky Digit. A digit upgraded to a Lucky Digit no longer needs to match — any number 0–9 counts as a hit.
- Lucky Digits go only to the inviter, fill Tickets in generation order, and unlock in a fixed order (1st digit → 2nd → 3rd). The 4th digit always stays an exact-match digit.
- Max 3 Lucky Digits per Ticket. Lucky Digits create no new Tickets and don't change the total number of Boxes — they only affect the hit result of existing Tickets.
Lucky Digit improves your chance of winning; it
does not guarantee any allocation result
, and should not be understood as investment income or a promise to preserve principal.
