This article analyzes Tsubasa Yozawa's high-profit opt-in affiliate model and explains how content creators can use AI to capture the next wave of early-adopter profits in marketing.

Starting capital: just 100,000 yen.

There is a man who turned that into 20 million yen in just two months.

His name is Tsubasa Yozawa, often called "The man who earns 100 million yen in a second."

In February 2012, he achieved a monthly income of 100 million yen through affiliate marketing.

And he did it just a few months after starting.

"It must be some shady method," you might think.

However, once you learn the "true nature" of his method, your impression will change significantly.

Far from being shady, from a marketing perspective, it was a terrifyingly logical "system."

And I have a confession to make.

I also used to earn money using a method similar to Tsubasa Yozawa's.

Today, I will explain the true nature of Tsubasa Yozawa's "forbidden affiliate method," share my own experiences, and honestly discuss why that same method no longer works today.

If you read to the end, you should be able to see "what you should do now."

Before that: Get the latest information on how to earn for free

Before we get into the main topic, let me tell you one thing. I share the "essence of earning" and how individuals can make money in this era in my free OpenChat.

Now, on to the main story.

What was Tsubasa Yozawa's "Forbidden Method"?

What Tsubasa Yozawa used was a method called "Opt-in Affiliate Marketing."

This was fundamentally different from ordinary affiliate marketing.

In normal affiliate marketing, you introduce a product, and if it sells, you get a commission. It's a very simple mechanism.

But Tsubasa Yozawa wasn't aiming to sell products.

What he really wanted was "email addresses."

Let me explain step-by-step.

Step 1: Intentionally collect a list at a "loss"

First, Tsubasa Yozawa prepared a "free offer." Something like free seminar materials that could be received for nothing.

Then, he registered as an advertiser with an ASP (Affiliate Service Provider) and set it up like this:

"I will pay 500 yen to any affiliate who gets one person to register their email address."

In other words, he was the one "paying" 500 yen for every email address collected.

On the surface, it was a deficit. Money was only going out.

But this was exactly his aim.

Affiliates across the country, wanting the reward, spread his free offer. As a result, a massive number of email addresses gathered under him.

30,000 in one week. 70,000 in a month and a half. Eventually, over 100,000.

He was "buying" a list of potential customers by paying money.

Step 2: Sell products to the collected list

And here is the recovery phase.

He sent step emails (automated email sequences) to the list of over 100,000 email addresses he had collected.

In those emails, he introduced about 10 affiliate products.

Then, he would receive a commission of 1,000 to 1,500 yen per lead. Even after subtracting the initial 500 yen he paid, he turned a profit.

Moreover, since the list can be used multiple times, once collected, he could sell to them repeatedly.

With this system, he says he increased his initial 100,000 yen to 20 million yen in profit in two months. And eventually, to a monthly income of 100 million yen.

Why is it "Forbidden"?

His method can be called "forbidden" because of two reversals.

One is the reversal of thinking: "Intentionally creating a deficit to collect a list." Normally, people are too afraid of immediate losses to do this.

The other is the structure: "Playing both the advertiser and the affiliate by himself."

Preparing the product himself and creating the mechanism for distribution himself. This one-man-two-roles act generated explosive customer attraction.

A "hidden mechanism" invisible to ordinary people. This was the true nature of the "100 million yen in a second."

Actually, I was earning using the same method

I have a confession to make here. I also used to earn money using this "opt-in" style method, just like Tsubasa Yozawa.

What I was doing was a method of mass-producing Twitter (now X) accounts.

The method was exactly the same "opt-in" as Mr. Yozawa's.

I prepared a free offer and spread it through a large number of mass-produced accounts. Then, I collected email and LINE registrations.

Rewards were not generated when a product was sold.

Rewards were paid for every single "registration" to the email list or LINE.

It's a system where money is generated for the "list." You could say it was the SNS (Twitter) version of Tsubasa Yozawa's opt-in method.

And back then, this was incredibly profitable.

A reward of 3,000 to 5,000 yen per registration.

The more accounts I mass-produced, the more registrations increased, and the more rewards grew. It was truly a world where quantity became power.

To be honest, it was a time when I could earn money almost too easily.

But now, you can't earn with the same method

However, I'll be honest.

If you do the same thing now, you won't earn like you did back then.

The reason is the collapse of unit prices.

Rewards that used to be 3,000 to 5,000 yen per lead have now dropped to around 800 yen.

Not just half, but less than one-fifth.

Why did this happen? The answer is the same as the "first-mover advantage" I wrote about in the article about Prince Aojiru. Everyone noticed this method.

Twitter account mass production and free offers became too crowded, turning into a red ocean. Account suspensions became stricter, and unit prices were driven down.

The reason Tsubasa Yozawa could earn 100 million in a second, and the reason I could earn high unit prices, was because "we were doing it when no one else was yet."

The method itself isn't bad. It's just that the "timing to earn" with that method has already passed. That's all.

So, what is good to do starting now?

Here is the most important question.

Where is the same position today as the "first-mover advantage" that Tsubasa Yozawa had in 2012 and I had a few years ago?

The answer is "AI × Affiliate Marketing."

Think about it. Affiliate marketing itself is already a red ocean. Opt-ins and account mass production have seen their unit prices bottom out.

However, there are still very few people seriously combining that with "AI."

Now is the timing when you can jump into the world of affiliate marketing as a first-mover with the new weapon called "AI."

If you use AI, you can drastically streamline article creation, research, and content mass production.

What used to require a team of several people or enormous amounts of work time can now be handled by one person in a short time.

The "wall of workload" has disappeared.

This is the same situation as the "empty market" we experienced.

Summary: Timing, not the method, determines everything

To summarize today's talk:

  • Tsubasa Yozawa earned 100 million in a second with a forbidden method of "intentionally collecting a list at a loss and recovering later."
  • I also earned 3,000 to 5,000 yen per lead with the same opt-in style (Twitter account mass production), reaching a maximum monthly income of about 15 million yen.
  • But now, unit prices have plummeted to around 800 yen, and you can't earn the same way.
  • The reason is that everyone started doing it, and the first-mover advantage disappeared.
  • And now, that first-mover position is in "AI × Affiliate Marketing."

The most important lesson to learn from Tsubasa Yozawa's story and my own experience is this:

"When you start" determines everything more than the method itself.

No matter how excellent a method is, you can't earn after everyone else starts doing it. Conversely, the person who jumps into a place where no one else is doing it yet wins big.

Right now, that "place where no one else is doing it yet" is AI × Affiliate Marketing.

And I will disclose the specific details of this "AI × Affiliate Marketing" soon in the OpenChat.

I plan to share the overall picture of how to start and monetize the currently most profitable AI × Affiliate Marketing exclusively with participants.

If you want to become a first-mover like Tsubasa Yozawa or my former self, please prepare now.

Details of "AI × Affiliate Marketing" will be disclosed here

Thank you for reading this far. The specific method for "AI × Affiliate Marketing," which is currently the easiest way to earn, will be disclosed soon in the free OpenChat.

Here, I will share the core details that I couldn't write in the article, such as:

  • How to find the "empty niches" you should target now
