App V2 went live. One app, every chain, every order: unified order sourcing, every market in a single cross-chain view, limit orders on every market, one dashboard for every position.
June 15
Lending limit orders started earning floating-rate yield from vaults like @gauntlet_xyz-curated Morpho vault on Ethereum, Venus on BNB Chain, and @SteakhouseFi-curated Morpho vault on Base, before they filled. Floating on the unmatched portion, fixed on the matched. No opportunity cost for showing up early.
June 23
TermMax Alpha started to support bStocks on BNB Chain. Traders get leveraged exposure to tokenized stocks without liquidation risk, while depositors earn the premiums those traders pay.
June 30
TermPrime, the institutional version of TermMax, became the first fixed-rate, fixed-term financing venue on @CantonNetwork , where we also run a live validator node. Its first trade: a 7-day loan between two KYB'd counterparties, CBTC as collateral, Canton Coin borrowed, repaid before maturity.
July 3
RLUSD vault deposits crossed $20M in merely two days, unlocking 5,000,000 TMX for XP holders, distributed proportionally to XP and claimable after TGE.
July 31
Featured in @TodayInDefi, in a breakdown of fixed-rate lending and where the category is heading. Fixed rates now get covered as a category rather than as an experiment.
August 6
TermMax Alpha went live on HyperEVM. HYPE August 21 contracts opened on Alpha with a $60.5 call and a $49.5 put, and up to 14% APY for call underwriters.
August 12
Live on Robinhood Chain, the chain's first fixed-rate, fixed-term lending market. Tokenized equities (QQQ, SPY, NVDA) as collateral for borrowing USDG at a fixed rate, premium for USDG depositors.
August 13
A first for Alpha: the AERO put vault on @Base is our first where idle stables also earn passive yield. Roughly 13% from option premium, plus around 4% from a Morpho vault while your USDC waits.
What That Adds Up To
Three months, two new chains, an institutional venue live on the Canton Network, options markets on three ecosystems, and passive yield layered under every idle dollar in the system.
None of it was a pivot.
Every release is the same thesis executed one layer deeper: floating rates work for speculators, but treasuries cannot model cash flows on them, market makers cannot hedge with them, and institutions cannot underwrite against them.
Fixed rates fix that. Isolated markets let us list collateral that pooled protocols will not touch. Active curators quote along a yield curve and route depositor capital into the markets they underwrite. Unmatched orders earn floating yield until they are matched. And if a liquidation fails to clear, lenders receive the underlying collateral rather than absorbing the full loss.

TMX is the governance and utility token for all of it.
Fixed supply of 1,000,000,000, with staking rewards, curator and market-creation utility, and governance over risk parameters and curator whitelisting.
Rewards earned through XP, AP, and MP will become claimable at TGE.
Allocation checks, vesting locks, and staking options will be announced ahead of the date.
