Hello, this is Harapeko Grizzly.
Do you like Gâteau Chocolat?
I love it!!
However, baked goods often have an image of using wheat flour, heavy cream, or lots of butter, so some people might think,
I want to eat it but... I have to hold back!!!
So this time,
- No wheat flour at all
- Substituted with sweet potato!
- Delicious thanks to the natural sweetness of sweet potatoes, plus you get dietary fiber!

We have completed a sweet potato Gâteau Chocolat that has all three of these qualities, so I would like to introduce it.
Preparation (Serves 3)
Peel 150g of sweet potato, cut in half lengthwise, and slice thinly

**
Instructions
① Place sweet potato and 150ml water in a heat-resistant container, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 7 minutes.

② Mix 2 eggs and 100g sugar in a bowl.

③ Drain the water from ① using a sieve, then mash and mix with a whisk.

④ Add ③ and cocoa powder to ②, mix well, pour into a mold, and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 60-70 minutes. Done!

This recipe is featured in "The World's Most Delicious and Healthy Lazy Meals"!

It is not just vaguely healthy; it is fully supervised by registered dietitians and meets strict numerical standards:
- All recipes have "under 2.5g salt" and "under 20g fat"
- Extremely delicious
- Very easy to make

I spent 6 years seriously creating this book.
Healthy yet restaurant-level deliciousness!
