YouMind Updates: Trash Bin, Dynamic Webpages & Smoother Workflows

Hey there!
It's been a while. The YouMind team took a short break over the holidays, so we paused updates for the past two weeks. This week, we're back at it and excited to bring you some valuable product improvements. Here's what's new in this update.
Trash Bin is Here
We owe you an apology. YouMind has been missing a trash bin feature, and many of you have told us how frustrating it was when you deleted something and wanted it back but had no way to recover it. We know this has been a real pain point, so in the very first month of 2026, we're bringing you the trash bin.

Now when you delete content in your Board, whether it's materials or Craft creations, everything goes to the trash bin first. Once it's there, you can choose to restore it or permanently delete it. This gives you a safety net for every delete action, so you always have a chance to undo your decision.
Dynamic Content for Webpage
A little while back, we launched the Webpage feature, which lets you quickly generate web pages in YouMind. The pages you create are saved as works in Craft. Since we rolled it out, a lot of you have really loved using it.
Based on your feedback, we've made a major upgrade by adding dynamic content capability. When you turn on dynamic content, your generated webpage can automatically pull in materials and Craft creations from your Board. This means you can use your webpage as a blog, or turn it into a photo gallery. The best part is that it's all automatic. Whenever you add new content to your Board, your webpage updates in real time.

This is a feature full of magic and possibilities, and we can't wait to see what creative ways you'll use it!
Smoother Workflows in Board
When you use YouMind, you'll notice three tools on the right side of the Board interface: Chat, Pick, and Listen. This tool area is designed to help you work more efficiently when you're reading, learning, or creating.
In this update, we've further refined the interaction experience within Board. For example, when you click on any image in a Document or Material, you can immediately launch AI Chat to have a conversation about it. On the materials homepage, you can also select multiple materials and jump straight into an AI conversation.

We hope these workflow improvements make your experience with YouMind feel more natural and intuitive. Our goal is to lower the barrier to entry and make collaboration with AI available everywhere you need it.
