I made an entirely new Instagram and TikTok account last month and ran them both up to 650,000+ impressions in less than 30 days. I did this with a really unique combination of clipping, Fable 5, Postiz, and an extra android I had laying around. Let me show you how you can recreate this with whatever your product is.
Here's my current process:
- I stream on Twitch for 2-3 hours
- iMessage Zo Computer to get to work
- It downloads my entire Twitch stream and finds the most interesting parts (I'll explain how later)
- It clips them to 9:16 format and sends them back to me
- After my approval, it sends them to a Tiktok drafts via Postiz
I'm working on a product now to commoditize this but it's essentially as easy as this. Took a while to get here tho lol.
To recreate this, you only need a few things:
- Fable 5 Access (it was so brilliant at this task)
- Postiz Sub ($20/m tier is fine)
- Zo Computer Free (I like iMessage) OR just Hermes/Openclaw
- An extra Android (or just use your phone)
- Warmed up Insta/Tiktok Accounts (will explain later)
Let's get into it.
What Exactly Are You Clipping?
Step one is to have long-form content that is ready to be clipped into short-form clips. This could be a YouTube video, podcast, or gaming streams like I'm doing.

If you're clipping streams, get the official Twitch API key. This helps make your job infinitely easier. If your long-form content is just on YouTube, then download your long-form content and feed it into Claude.
Finding the Clips Costs Zero Tokens.
The best part about this is that Fable 5 made a script with CV/FFmpeg that runs on my Mac Studio to go through the entire video rather than burning through tokens. Once the video is downloaded, there is no token usage to analyze the video and clip it up. It's all just done on my machine! It then gets handed off to Qwen 3.5B locally to judge hype moments, which I'll go over later.
But how does it know WHAT to clip?
For Dark Souls, whenever you die, a big "You Died" screen appears in your game every time (iykyk). In my skill file for Dark Souls in particular, I had it only look for that "You Died" screen because that's usually around the time that I'm freaking out and super angry about dying, which signifies a section worth clipping.
PTSD. IYKYK. This is how CV/FFMPPEG knows what we're looking for.
I have it clip 15 seconds before the "You Died" screen and 5 seconds after to create a 20 to 25 second clip per death.
Then, it formats my camera, which is usually on the top right of the screen, to be on top of the gameplay in a 9:16 format and then puts the gameplay centered underneath it. The camera takes up 20%, and the gameplay takes up about 80% of the entire 9:16 clip. Using the Twitch API you can also have it clip up clips you've marked yourself.

For Call of Duty, it's a little different. There is no "you died" screen, but the smartest way that I found to signify a section worth clipping is to have the script go through the killfeed and look for my username. If it pops up on the left, it means I've killed someone. My product goes through the kill feed and clips up the same 15 seconds before I die and 5 seconds after I die.
If my name shows here, it knows I've died or killed someone else in game. Aka hey clip this
It compiles it with the camera and then sends it to me on iMessage. It also clips up any sections where I kill three or more people in the same kill feed to clip up good sections where I'm playing well instead of getting cooked.

Local Model As The Final Watchdog
After the clip is found via onscreen event, the camera is repurposed and formatted to 9:16 automatically and then handed off to a local model to ensure virality + quality.
I have Qwen3.5-35B-A3B-8bit running locally that double checks all these first-pass clips by checking the vision and transcription of the video for quality

Was their an onscreen event (like YOU DIED or killfeed)? -> Keep clip
Was there an increase in swearing or yelling? -> Keep clip
Was there an increase in loudness? -> Keep clip
If those parameters aren't hit, the clip doesn't pass. If it does, it gets included in the Google Drive upload with the rest of the clips.
Using Postiz to Send to Your Phone + Create Real Consistency
I've been using Postiz for about a year now for my two iOS apps on three different phones, and now finally for clipping for Twitch. It is by far the easiest way to have whatever AI that you're using be able to schedule and send content to your phones to be posted by you or automatically with phone control (something we'll go over later)
$20/m gives you agentic control to like 8 accounts on any platform. Insta can post AUTOMATICALLY and Tiktok you can post from drafts (dont do automatic here or leads to shadowbans)
Once you've connected your Postiz account, you can then have Claude schedule your created clips to be sent to your TikTok drafts (DRAFTS, do NOT post directly) on whatever phone you're using. If you're using an Android, you can even have Claude control the entire Android over Wi-Fi and post it for you. (This is something I'm still working on but that's for later)

Have Postiz send these clips to your phone's TikTok drafts, and then post them manually on TikTok. Have it auto download that video and then post that to Instagram Reels.
This should take you 4 minutes each post, and it is by far the best way to create a consistent habit of posting a minimum of two times a day.
This is the part where everyone fails though.
Every day at 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM, go to your phone and post a TikTok/Reel. The people who have that dog in them and are consistently posting on social media about their product, whatever that product is, are the people who end up winning.
I do the same method for my iOS app and slideshow marketing. After a short break, I've been posting 2 slideshows a day on this account and it gained $100+/MRR after not touching it in months.
Ultimately: A quarter million views on a game that's 15 years old when I just started streaming two weeks ago is only possible because I've been consistently posting or two to three times a day everyday for two weeks, in addition to streaming every day.

What Now? When Does My MRR 10x?
Now the real challenge kicks in, which is consistency. You can spend a few hours today setting up this system and training your models but if after a month, you're not consistently posting 2 to 3 times a day on all of these channels with this system you've created, then it's all a waste of time.
I believe this method here with Fable 5 + Postiz is the most simple way to automate as much as you can while also keeping the important human-needed tasks, like actually posting, as simple as possible. Whether you're doing marketing for an app like I am or just clipping up Twitch streams, this methodology is the best way to make it as simple as possible.
What is Warming Up Accounts?
Warming up new social media accounts on TikTok, YouTube, or Instagram is industry standard to try to show their algorithms that you're not a bot and are a real human being.
Whenever you make a new account on any platform, you should spend a few days being a consumer first before posting. Meaning, go into the niche that you want your posts to be shown in and interact with creators there: comment, bookmark, repost, follow, do real human being things on that account so that the algorithm knows that you're a real human being
When you make your first post after a few days of warming up this account, your post will not only be seen as a real human post, but it will also be shown in the niche that you've been interacting in. For me, that niche was Dark Souls, Quran or AI stuff. Since I warmed up my account, my first few posts ended up doing pretty well because they were shown to the exact audience they were created for.
How Do I Do This for My SAAS? My iOS App?
Like I showed, I'm currently utilizing a similar system for one of my iOS apps, Quran AI. I create the slideshow marketing materials on my computer, then I use Postiz for it to be sent to an Android, and then I manually post it on that Android.
I also did the same thing for my personal Instagram and hit like 1M+ impressions there by simply cross posting my Youtube Shorts to Instagram Reels. I even had those Reels automatically posted unlike Tiktok.
By having it automatically sent to that "posting phone", I delete a lot of middle sections that usually would create a laziness that stops you from being consistent. With this workflow, all I need to do is pick up the phone, choose an audio, and then post it. I've been doing that consistently for a few months now, and it's led to $200+ MRR on this app that I haven't touched in months.
I'm also doing something similar for two other accounts that I'm going to start posting my own clips on, and then another account that I'm going to be posting for Merl AI, my other iOS app.
Whatever your content is, create it, then have it scheduled to be sent to your phone, then post it on Tiktok. It'll auto save then you can post that exact same video on Instagram Reels with no watermark.
