We built Flint for that. Flint is an ERC-7540 vault built onLagoon Finance and curated by9summits. It invests in high-yielding tokenized securities backed by real estate operations, targeting double-digit APR with weekly distributions and no token mechanics required to get there.
How Flint generates yield
Flint’s first featured allocation is through Lend.xyz, a Paris-based platform that originates and structures tokenized bonds backed by high-return real estate objects in developed countries, such as France, USA and more. Lend focuses on asset repositioning and property redevelopment, segments of the market where double-digit returns are often achievable. The underlying assets generate value through real estate operations and project execution, creating a source of yield that is fundamentally different from most crypto-native products.
Flint also provides exposure to a basket of diversified RWA opportunities, offering diversification beyond both crypto assets and dollar-denominated yield products. That's a layer of portfolio diversification most on-chain products don't offer and few even attempt. For investors seeking broader portfolio resilience, this introduces an additional source of returns driven by different economic factors.
Built with investor protection in mind
Each operation sourced through Flint is structured through a dedicated Special Purpose Vehicle. Funds are segregated, reporting obligations are maintained, and contracts are legally enforceable within their relevant jurisdictions.
There is no bank sitting above depositors in the capital stack. No senior tranche absorbing returns before they arrive. Flint manages the operations directly, which reduces structural complexity and leaves no intermediaries who could be prioritized over depositors in a stress scenario, as opposed to traditional structures.
Curation and ongoing asset management are handled by 9summits, which performs due diligence on issuers before capital is deployed. Flint is actively managed, not a passive routing mechanism.

How Flint allocates capital
Flint doesn’t deploy everything at once. A 5% liquidity buffer is always held in reserve to handle routine redemptions without unwinding underlying positions. For larger requests, Flint targets a 7 to 21 day window handled through liquidity partners, RWA secondary markets, or issuers directly.
The objective is to protect the integrity of long-duration real estate positions without penalizing depositors who need liquidity. Accessibility and stability are treated as complementary, not competing priorities.
Flint represents a category of on-chain yield that didn’t exist a few years ago: returns generated by real assets, accessible on-chain, with the transparency and composability that blockchain infrastructure makes possible. Not a replacement for crypto-native strategies. A complement to them, one that performs to win in the long run.
