This is my first project where I truly used AI to run through the entire loop of "Product → Customer Acquisition → Sales → Automated Delivery."
The story began when I saw several English learning accounts on Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book).
They shared a common characteristic:
Short video/image-text traffic generation + 24-hour unmanned live streaming + ~39.9 RMB English learning website activation codes.
Users place orders themselves, the system automatically delivers the goods, and upon receiving the activation code, they enter the website to study.
39.9 RMB × thousands of orders is a very considerable number.
Later, I saw a set of real transaction data: Daily payment amount of 13,800 RMB, with 346 paid orders.
My immediate reaction was:
Isn't this exactly the kind of business that is perfect for AI?
So I directly bought one package, entered the website, and studied its product logic.
1. Deconstruct the Product First, Then Let AI Start Writing
These types of websites are actually not complex.
The homepage features a bunch of real-person English videos. Once clicked, you can view bilingual subtitles, play sentence by sentence, loop, look up words, record voice for shadowing, and make word cards.
I handed the website directly to Claude/Codex, letting the AI deconstruct the pages, functions, and user paths, then build my own version based on this product logic.
From buying the server to launching the first version:
4 days.
Later, continuing to iterate to 9 pages, 10 components, and over 4,000 lines of frontend code, I didn't touch the code myself; it was all done by AI.
2. Content Can Also Be Processed by AI
Next was preparing the English materials.
Here, be sure to note: Only use original, authorized, or legally commercially usable content.
After the videos are ready, you can continue to let AI:
Extract subtitles → Translate → Extract key vocabulary/phrases → Generate learning content → Import into the website.
Work that originally required massive manual organization can now be completed in batches by AI.
3. The Real Key Is Automating the "Money Making" Too
After the website was built, I started selling 39.9 RMB activation codes.
Later, I integrated Douyin Store and Xiaohongshu Store as well, letting AI help me with automatic delivery and self-service activation.
Eventually forming:
Content gains traffic → Users place orders → Automatic delivery → Automatic registration → Users enter the website to learn.
As long as there is continuous traffic at the front end, sales can happen even if I am offline.
4. Then I Started Automating Even the Customer Acquisition Content
With the website ready, the most important next step was continuously acquiring traffic.
My approach was simple:
First, screen-record the English videos already uploaded to the website, then hand them directly to Codex for automatic editing.
Including cropping, subtitles, aspect ratios, clip organization, etc., try to let AI complete it automatically.
After editing, I scheduled these short videos for posting to Douyin and Xiaohongshu.
Thus, customer acquisition formed an assembly line:
Website videos → Screen recording → Codex auto-editing → Scheduled posting → Users see content → Enter product page → Place order
This way, the same content serves as both learning material within the website and front-end customer acquisition content.
The entire project thus formed a relatively complete closed loop:
AI builds product → AI processes materials → AI edits acquisition content → Douyin/Xiaohongshu drives traffic → Users self-order → System auto-delivers.
What I needed to do gradually shifted from "doing the work personally" to selecting content, watching data, and adjusting direction.
5. Once Done Well, It Becomes a Business That Runs Automatically
Once the website, content, payment, and automatic delivery were all running smoothly, the subsequent things became simple:
Continuously post short videos + unmanned live streaming, then attach the product link.
When users scroll through Douyin or Xiaohongshu and see your content, if they find it useful, they can place an order directly. The entire process requires almost no human intervention.
This is what makes this project so attractive:
Set up the product and automation pipeline early on, then focus primarily on maintaining traffic flow.
English learning is a persistent demand in China. As long as content continues to attract views, sales will follow.
A few hundred RMB per day isn't exaggerated; if a video goes viral or live stream traffic spikes, daily income can easily reach thousands.
So the core of this project is really quite simple:
Use AI to automate the product and delivery, then use automated content creation to keep the traffic flowing.
