Felix makes money. Borrowers pay interest, traders pay fees, and that revenue adds up. The question the community answers now is simple: where should it go. Three options are on the table, and they point the protocol in different directions. Read them, weigh them, and vote. The winner sets the policy, and voting itself pays: every user that votes earns an additional $FELIX allocation.

The three options
One pool of revenue, three ways to use it.
- Buy back and burn FELIX. Revenue funds open-market buybacks, and the FELIX is burned. Supply shrinks over time, so every holder owns a bigger slice of the same protocol.
- Real yield to stakers. Revenue is paid to people who stake FELIX. The token becomes a claim on what Felix earns, and the reward goes to those who lock up and help govern.
- Stability Reserve for feUSD. Revenue is banked to back feUSD and absorb stress. Less cash out to holders now, a harder peg and a safer protocol underneath.
Who can vote
If you used Felix, you have a say.
- Any wallet that earned Felix points across Season 1 and Season 2 can register and vote.
- Your weight is your points, so the wallets that actually borrowed, minted feUSD, and supplied liquidity carry it.
How the vote works
Straightforward, and it settles in the open.
- Pick one option. Points-weighted votes are tallied, and the leading choice wins.
- The vote sets the direction. Exact percentages follow in the implementation proposal.
- Snapshot closes on the posted date. Points keep counting until then.
- Every user that votes earns an additional $FELIX allocation, separate from the outcome.

Why this fits Felix
Felix is built on the Liquity model, where staking the token shares in real protocol revenue rather than in emissions. That only works if the revenue has a job. Instead of the team deciding behind closed doors whether Felix should reward holders or shore up feUSD, the people who used the protocol decide it themselves, in one vote, with their points doing the talking.
