The Proposal
After an internal review and consultation with advisors, the team has now published a comprehensive Protocol Resumption Plan (PRP), which includes:
- A restructured reserve framework designed to prevent similar events in the future
- A phased reopening of minting and redemption functions
- An updated risk management model with enhanced transparency and real-time reserve reporting
- A compensation and recovery allocation for users who held positions at the time of the pause
The Vote
Governance vote NTR-17 is now live. users can cast their votes on whether to approve the proposed resumption plan. The voting window will remain open for 5 days.
If the proposal passes:
- Protocol functions will be restored under the new reserve framework within 48 hours of vote finalization
- Eligible users will receive a recovery allocation proportional to their holdings at the time of the pause
- A detailed timeline for the phased reopening will be published immediately after
If the proposal does not pass, the team has committed to presenting a revised plan within 14 days based on community feedback.
