TL;DR

YouTuber Hikaru's observation that people don't work equally hard highlights the difference between being busy and taking future-altering actions. Dedicating 30 minutes daily to growth can shift your life's trajectory.

In a certain video, Hikaru said something like this.

When I first heard it, I thought, "No way..." but as I listened closely, I realized he was right.

It made strange sense to me.

This is it!

"They aren't working equally hard."

These are quite harsh words.

Depending on how you hear it, some people might find it cold.

However, I felt that this single sentence captures the difference between those whose money increases and those whose money doesn't.

This time, I will write about what is missing in "people who work hard but whose lives don't change" based on these words.

I believe it's true that "everyone is working hard"

First, let me say this.

I am not in a position to speak from above.

Most people are truly working hard.

・Working from the morning.

・Doing housework after returning home.

・Being mindful of human relationships.

・Being tired every day.

That is definitely working hard.

So, I think it's wrong to say crudely that "you don't have money because you aren't working hard."

That's what I believe.

However, there is just one thing I want you to think about.

It's not the "amount" of hard work, but the "place" where you work hard.

Being busy is different from taking actions that change your life.

Working busily.

But income doesn't increase.

Moving every day.

But life doesn't change.

Why is that?

I'll say it clearly.

It's because your day ends with the tasks right in front of you.

And the kicker is,

You aren't using your time for actions that change your future!!

Being busy and taking actions that change your life are completely different things.

For example, do any of these sound familiar?

・Saying you want a side hustle but not thinking about what to sell.

・Saying you want to increase your income but not studying money.

・Saying you want to change jobs but not looking at job listings.

・Saying you want to share content but not writing posts.

・Saying you want to change but spending your free time on your smartphone.

I have absolutely no intention of blaming you for this.

Because,

When people are tired, that's what happens.

But it's also a fact that this is where the difference is born.

180 Hours

This is the amount of time that accumulates when you continue for 30 minutes a day for one year.

Just 30 minutes.

But in a year, it becomes this much time.

There are people who let those 180 hours disappear aimlessly on their smartphones.

On the other hand, there are people who use it for posting, reading, studying money, and preparing for a side hustle.

In one day, it's a small difference. But one year later, they are standing in a completely different place. The difference is not talent.

It's where you used those 180 hours.

Are you continuing to ride the same train?

Let me use a metaphor here.

Repeating the same day as yesterday is like riding the same train every day. No matter how seriously you ride it, if the destination is the same, the place you arrive at won't change much.

The person themselves is working hard.

・Moving from the morning.

・Busy.

・Tired.

But if the train you are riding is the same as yesterday, the station you arrive at will be an extension of yesterday.

If you want to change your life, 30 minutes a day is enough.

・Read a book.

・Write a post.

・Research a side hustle.

・Contact someone.

That small 30 minutes becomes a transfer to a different line.

At first, the scenery only changes a little. But if you continue transferring, six months or a year later, you will arrive at a completely different place.

Actually, I myself had a debt of 5 million yen.

I'm writing this as if I'm someone great, but I was a failure. I still have moments where I'm a failure, haha.

Until I was about 28, I was in a band. In my own way, I intended to work hard every day. Practicing, doing live shows, thinking that somehow things would work out someday.

"I want to be successful someday."

"I want to change someday."

"Somehow it will work out someday."

While thinking that, I was repeating the same kind of day as yesterday.

I was busy. But I wasn't taking actions that would change the future.

And when I was 25, I became a victim of investment fraud.

I ended up with a debt of 5 million yen.

No money.

No credit.

No future in sight.

At that time, I honestly thought this:

"I'm really no good."

・Actually, I had to study.

・Actually, I had to research money myself.

・Actually, I shouldn't have left it to others.

I knew it, but I couldn't do it. I wanted to change quickly rather than building up steadily. That's why I fell for a sweet deal.

Looking back, the problem was more that my ability to think for myself was weak than the fact that I had no money.

The entrance changed from 30 minutes that were different from yesterday

Life didn't change all at once.

However, there was a day when I seriously thought, "Nothing will change if I keep continuing the same every day." From there, I gradually changed how I used my time.

・Read books.

・Meet people.

・Learn about money.

・Think about what I can do.

・Move in small ways.

・Fail, and move again.

Really, that's all it was.

I didn't have a big reaction from the beginning when I started posting either.

But as I put things into words little by little every day, a post that exceeded about 6 million impressions on X was born.

From there, it led to opportunities for books and lectures.

I didn't do anything amazing from the start.

I just accumulated 30 minutes that were different from yesterday.

That's why I really resonated with Hikaru's words!

"They aren't working equally hard" is a word of hope

Here, I return to Hikaru's words.

"They aren't working equally hard."

I don't think this is a word to look down on people.

Rather, it's a word of hope.

Because if not everyone is seriously thinking and moving, you can create a difference just by changing your actions a little starting today.

This is not a story about guts.

It's not a story about working 24 hours with sheer willpower.

・It's impossible without talent.

・It's impossible without an educational background.

・It's impossible without money.

Before thinking that, first try using just 30 minutes a day for actions that change your future. The difference appears not in ability, but in how you use your time daily.

Starting tomorrow, just one thing first

You don't need to change everything suddenly.

Because if you ask for too much at once, it won't last.

So, please decide on just one thing first.

30 minutes a day is fine.

Try doing one action that leads to your income or future.

・Research one thing about a side hustle.

・Read 10 pages of a book.

・Write one post on X.

・Note down one idea for your own product.

・Contact someone you want to meet.

・Review how you used your money this month.

Any one of these is fine.

The important thing is not to change greatly.

It's to create 30 minutes that are different from yesterday.

And where is your 30 minutes today heading?

People whose money doesn't increase are not failing to work hard.

It's just that they don't have enough time spent thinking and moving to change their lives.

The difference is not a big difference in talent from the start.

It's these 3 steps.

① What are you spending your time on every day?

② What are you thinking about?

③ Are you taking actions that are different from yesterday?

By accumulating that, the difference will widen.

If your life isn't changing despite working hard, you should review where you are using your one hour today before the amount of effort.

Is your 30 minutes today being used to head to the same place as yesterday? Or is it becoming a transfer to change your future?

Please think carefully.

And if you thought even a little,

"I don't want to continue the same every day like this"

"I want to increase my income"

"I want to bet on my possibilities once more"

Then please try changing from today's 30 minutes.

Read a book.

Write a post.

Think about your own product.

Contact someone.

Change how you present your current work.

Small actions are fine.

But those small actions will be the first transfer that changes the future.

I myself am now supporting people to connect their sharing to work, centering on marketing support.

It's not just about increasing posts.

It's a job of putting that person's experience, thoughts, strengths, and the value of their products or services into words and changing them into a form that reaches the people who need them.

People who want to live passionately.

People who want to increase their income.

People who want to challenge themselves again.

People who want to connect their experience to work.

I will continue to support such people with all my heart.

From here, I will introduce some of the people I have actually supported.

・A person who started an astrology course achieved monthly sales exceeding 1 million yen

・A person who had zero side hustles started sharing their experience and received their first order

・A person who had lost confidence became the one being consulted through sharing

The types of jobs I have supported are also diverse.

・Fortune tellers, therapists, counselors

・Coaches, consultants

・Healers, salon owners

・Handmade artists, instructors

I didn't have any special talent.

I just gradually accumulated 30 minutes that were different from yesterday.

And if you register for my official LINE,

I am distributing a "free lecture video of about 45 minutes summarizing the methods I actually used to support and create sales" for free.

I'm also talking about the specific flow of aiming for 300,000 to over 1.5 million yen per month from no experience. I think it will also be useful for people who want to increase their annual sales more than now.

Please take this opportunity to register for LINE and receive it.
