TL;DR

The author shares a lifetime framework of Belief, Execution, Selection, and Profit Sharing used to build passive income systems. It details transitioning from offline financial brokerage delegation to automated online AI content creation and matrix account management.

This article is divided into three parts: Core, Offline, and Online (Company Stage, Personal Stage). Images are included.

Core

Belief, Execution, Selection, Profit Sharing.

Offline Chapter (2014-2016)

Belief

I arrived in Shenzhen in 2014. When I was working as a real estate agent, I used to ask young, less-educated clients who bought houses how they made their money. Their answer was always the financial industry (specifically loans).

This process means: when you don't have much money, ask people who are about 10 years older than you, or younger people who are more successful, what they chose to make money. If you believe in it and invest in that industry, you will likely still catch the tail end of the wave.

Execution

So I started working as a financial intermediary in 2015, executing all the processes I heard about during my "grilled fish plan," and quickly closed deals to get results.

This process means: when I enter a new industry, I find people who are slightly better than me and have no conflict of interest, treat them to grilled fish, and listen to them talk about their methods. (Drinking a little alcohol makes it easier to open up topics; finding men makes it easier to get the real secrets.)

For example, if I make 5,000, I look for someone making 6,000 to 8,000. If I make 6,000 to 8,000, I look for someone making over 10,000, and so on.

Selection

After executing their plans, I made two choices and adjustments.

Choice 1: I chose my business focus. In loans, mortgages yield the highest profit, but the procedures are more troublesome and take longer. Personal credit loans have the fastest process, but the profit is average, and the quality of clients varies. So I chose personal credit loans for clients who already own property. This was a comprehensive consideration of profit, clients, and business.

Note: This consideration was made after I had experienced all business lines and independently developed, closed, and served clients through the entire process, making adjustments based on my own situation.

Choice 2: At that time, all intermediaries in the market were running after peers and channels. Everyone was flocking to do the same thing. I chose to target real estate agents, renovation companies, and enterprises/chambers of commerce. I also went to intermediary companies, but I only did training.

Note 1: Because when I was in real estate, I chose to sell houses and lease commercial shops, choosing to contact rich people. After all, most people renting houses in Shenzhen still rent cheap ones. If you ask them how they make money, it's like hitting your head against a wall. I chose differentiated competition.

Note 2: At that time, when most peers went to intermediary companies, they would just submit some materials, drink tea, brag with the boss, and move to the next one. For me, I brought my materials and explained the whole process from start to finish, including client situations, core materials, how to judge, similar products, and potential problems.

Differentiated competition, quantity leads to quality change.

Adjustment: After running through this entire process successfully, I only did two things.

First thing: I was mainly responsible for training at intermediary companies (meeting many bosses).

Second thing: I was mainly responsible for connecting with reliable bank personnel (meeting many big shots).

Profit Sharing

By the first half of 2016, I had run through the entire process thoroughly.

I split the entire process into four parts:

  1. Training: I found a few people specifically responsible for running company training.
  2. Order collection and screening: I was responsible for receiving orders, and an assistant was responsible for screening (she used my WeChat).
  3. Escorting clients: Two people were dedicated to taking clients to financial institutions to handle business, or personnel from the intermediary companies did it.
  4. Dealing with bank personnel and intermediary bosses: Responsible for early communication, eating, and drinking. This was mainly me.

So I only did two things: eat and drink, collect money and distribute money. The total profit was split into four parts: 1:1:2:6. Two parts for training, one for screening, two for escorting clients, and six for me.

Lying down to collect coins, making money steadily.

Be clear about what to do, what to learn, what to execute, and what you can get.

Online Chapter (2024-2026)

Two stages: Company stage and Personal stage.

Company Stage (24-25)

Belief

In '24, I believed that self-media platforms were the best medium for commercial communication, bar none, and the mainstream of the future.

Note: This conclusion comes from the fact that human transactions need a carrier, evolving from radio, TV, newspapers, yellow pages, flyers, cold visits, phone calls, texting, emails, Weibo ads, to self-media ads.

This made me believe that self-media platforms are the strongest nuisance calls, the strongest bulk SMS, and the strongest product pages.

Execution

In '24, my friend got the agency for "Beijing Tongrentang," so I started hiring people to carry out activities online and offline simultaneously, posting and driving traffic. (Showing some training materials)

How to recruit and execute is a difficult task; many people don't even know how to use their phones properly. I was mainly responsible for making tutorials and training.

Everything from how to recruit, to getting SIM cards, to registering accounts, and choosing account niches are key points and problems.

Selection

I split the overall process into three parts: Recruitment, Training, and Content Production.

Recruitment: A group of smart, successful, but impatient people were responsible for recruitment.

Note 1: This is very critical. Recruitment is actually very difficult. Having smart, successful, and impatient people handle recruitment results in very high-quality hires. Smart people are good at summarizing experience, successful people know the fastest way to do things, and impatient people filter out low-intelligence groups. If you use an honest, obedient, and very patient person, they might chat with an idiot all night.

Note 2: The business world is like a battlefield; figure out who the enemy is. In industries that rely on crowd tactics, it's not that the more people you have, the more money you make, but the more normal people you have, the more money you make. At this time, all applicants are the enemy. The first wave of enemies must be blocked by the most elite soldiers, otherwise the whole team will be overwhelmed, causing internal friction.

Training: A group of honest people who can speak clearly and have principles were responsible for training.

Honest people are obedient and stable. They are responsible for training every Tuesday and Thursday, right on time. Several group leaders take turns training and lecturing. If someone is temporarily busy, another leader can step in. Being able to speak clearly means communication is barrier-free: how to register accounts, how to set up profiles, how to choose content, etc. Just explain the core points clearly. Principled leaders won't keep you just because of this or that. I have already set the rules: what the bonus is, what doesn't matter, what is tolerable, and what is zero tolerance. They just need to accept and absorb this principle. Good performance gets money, irrelevant things are ignored, mistakes get warnings, and blunders get fired. They can perfectly execute this logic. You can't look for smart people here, because most of the time, smart people actually lack empathy. "Can't you look at such a simple problem yourself? Why ask me such a stupid question? It's so draining, there are so many idiots."

During recruitment, they can delete that person to feel good, but once they become a team member, unless they make a mistake or leave voluntarily, they won't be kicked out at will.

Content Production:

I produce it. There's nothing much to say here. I give the direction, and everyone directly modifies and copies it. How to modify is recorded.

Profit Sharing

The total profit is divided into three parts. The company and I are one, needless to say.

Recruiters get a joining bonus and performance bonus (recruiting a person, profit sharing on their first order, and subsequent performance profit sharing).

Group leaders get a training bonus and management bonus (how many people meet the standard in training, and the monthly performance of each group).

Team members get an order bonus and referral bonus (money for how much they sell, and if they bring a friend in who closes a deal, they also get money).

There is also a mechanism set up here: training, management, and performance follow the rule of "the capable go up, the mediocre go down."

In fact, at that time, my part-timers could make over two thousand in the first month, and group leaders made seven or eight thousand, working about an hour a day, 24 days a month.

A complete training, management, communication, promotion, and money distribution system. Later, this experience was also applied by me to various industries. I have basically done all categories of self-media.

Develop business, split steps, select personnel, manage profit sharing.

Personal Experience (25-26)

Belief

When I was 25, actually I was 30, I hadn't had my birthday yet. I increasingly felt that the return on working a regular job was getting lower and lower (because I had experienced enough, so unless it's a tech company, if I go to work at a normal company, the company learns from me, not me learning from the company. And I work mainly to learn, verify, absorb, and run). I believe that due to the law of surging idiots, there will be more and more idiots, and the friction of cooperation between people will get bigger and bigger. Brand companies will become more and more tossing. There are also various problems; in short, global warming, earth explosion, social dark hands, humans cutting each other.

Execution

At this time, I began to try various ways to make money on my own, such as doing small e-commerce, Xianyu testing, Xiaohongshu e-commerce, selling courses, giving lectures, and cooperating with peers.

Things like monetization on the same day, running through in three days, one thousand followers in seven days, millions of traffic in the current month, etc.

Here I want to thank everyone who paid me, as well as everyone I learned from, verified with, and delivered to: Dong Ge, JK, Kou Sang, Academic Journal, YMD (in no particular order).

Selection

I made three important choices here:

Choice 1: Testing, sharing, teaching

I've run projects making over 10,000 a month, AI money-making, teaching to make money, cooperative money-making, starting media accounts in three days, etc. Testing itself is something I really like to do because I love novelty and challenges. Sharing is my best summary, and teaching is my best verification. Making money with interest.

Choice 2: Learning

Here I mainly thank JK, Dong Ge, and YMD. JK let me know AI can be used. Dong Ge let me use AI. YMD let me verify AI. This goes back to step 1, Belief. JK told me AI can do many things, so I believed it. I believed in the quality of Dong Ge's courses, so I paid. After I made an achievement, I believed in YMD recommended by JK, believing Yu Bo would make a good product, so I uploaded SK. Results: fourth in the first month, second on the monthly paid list.

Choice 3: Selection

I started replacing previous employees with AI and used friends' accounts to start making profits. What is the hardest part? Screening, content, and publishing. I started learning about projects done by others on self-media platforms, and then screened some projects from them. Assisted by AI to complete them, I then found friends' idle accounts to publish, setting up paths and plans. Summarize the experience back on the self-media platform, continue to study, verify, publish, cooperate, and collect coins. The whole process. It satisfies my interest, stays in my comfort zone, allows me to learn things, and collects coins. Test by myself, output to the public, verify by teaching. Be responsible to myself, to the content, and to the payment.

Profit Sharing

Some friends can execute.

周小鸟开窍 - inline image

Some friends can get things done.

周小鸟开窍 - inline image

Some friends cooperate.

For example, JK, Kou Sang, Academic Journal, etc. Complementary and mutually beneficial without business conflicts.

Here is my core loadout:

When believing, don't bring your body: I am an idiot, you are awesome.

When executing, don't bring your brain: just do it.

When choosing, face the market: making money is making money, not making money is not making money.

When sharing profits, face your faith: respect the gods as if they are present, with no shame before heaven, earth, and mankind.
