I am MOMONA from ME:I.
For those meeting me for the first time and those who have known me before, I want to express my gratitude that you have reached this text. I am very happy to be able to greet you in this format.
I have loved weaving words since I was old enough to understand things, but having my writing take shape as a published series is a first in my life. While feeling slight tension in my fingertips, my heart leaps as I write these sentences.
From now on, an essay series themed around "travel" will begin.
In my twenty-some years of life, living not just as MOMONA of ME:I but as Momona Kasahara, turning points have always been found in "travel."
Looking back, whenever fog obscured my path or when I wanted to remember what truly sparked joy in my heart, I would go on a journey and reflect on myself again and again.
And I believe that travel is not only about carrying heavy luggage, spending money and time to go far away.
Just by reading, your heart can travel through that world; drinking wine or coffee from regions you've never visited lets you know their taste and scent.
"Travel" exists beside everyone's life, and we can always head anywhere.
In this essay, I hope to weave words that not only share my experiences but also inspire you to think, "Maybe I should go on a trip," or make tomorrow's choices richer.
I look forward to embarking on various journeys with all of you through words.
