What the Proposal Covers

- The TGE date: when the snapshot is taken and the claim goes live.
Incentive for Active Voters
All active voters qualify for an exclusive incentive.
- Each active voter will earn a 1.15× $LOAN Asset Multiplier. Eligibility is determined at tally. Votes from wallets with no qualifying activity do not count.
TGE Date Options
Two dates, one outcome.
- October 25: TGE window opens 25 October
- November 25: TGE window opens 25 November
- Abstain: record governance participation without selecting a date
