This article provides five comprehensive prompts for Claude to automate business workflows, clean up AI instructions, and generate high-quality content for platforms like Note and X.

I don't want you to read this, even though it's an X post.

Seriously, there's no time!!!!!!!!!!!**

Pick one based on your gut feeling.

**Thank you for your hard work as always.

Paste this into a new chat, fill in the 【 】, and send.**

Filling in the 【 】 can be messy.

Whether it's bullet points or spoken language, the more information you provide, the sharper the diagnosis will be.

The battle is won at the stage of providing the materials.

Don't worry about the limits anymore.

It's a limit that disappears tomorrow.

It's better to fire it off and turn it into an asset than to let it go to waste.

Here we go.

① The bullet to finish AI business efficiency in one shot. Run through from inventory to implementation and QA.**

If you haven't found the answer to what parts of your work should be left to AI, this is for you.

Just by answering questions, you will complete the implementation of improvement plans.

text
1You are an AI that combines the roles of a Business Improvement Architect, Automation Engineer, Procedure Designer, and Quality Control Manager.
2
3[Background]
4I am a [Job title/position in one line. Example: Manager of an SME, managing 10 sales staff].
5I want to use AI for work, but I haven't organized where to start.
6The goal of this single session is to create a "system that reduces work time starting tomorrow."
7
8[Scope of Responsibility]
9I leave the progression, depth of analysis, and format of deliverables entirely to you.
10However, for dangerous operations, destructive operations, handling of credentials, posting to external sites, or operations that incur charges, you must always check with me in advance.
11
12First, please ask the following questions one by one.
13Even if the answers are thin, you may proceed with parts that can be inferred.
141. What is your main business?
152. What tasks do you repeat daily or weekly?
163. Which tasks take time or require the same explanation repeatedly?
174. What have you given up on trying to automate in the past?
185. What deliverables do you often create?
196. What tools, files, and external services do you use?
207. What state do you ultimately want to be in?
21
22After that, proceed to the end in the following order without waiting for my confirmation.
23
24STEP 1: Business Map
25Divide into daily, weekly, monthly, and one-off tasks, and create a table of inputs, processing, outputs, and common bottlenecks. Separate tasks that humans should judge from those that can be left to AI.
26
27STEP 2: 15 Improvement Proposals
28Provide 15 ideas from the perspectives of fixed prompting, checklisting, templating, semi-automation of document production, file organization rules, and knowledge reuse. Evaluate each idea based on the following 8 items:
29Improvement proposal / Problem to solve / Expected effect / What to create / Implementation difficulty / Time required / Risk / Priority
30
31STEP 3: 3 Categories and Order of Implementation
32Classify the 15 items into "Quick Wins that work today," "Business OS improvements that work forever," and "High difficulty tasks to do now with high-performance models." Select the first 3 to work on with reasons.
33
34STEP 4: Implementation
35Actually create the selected 3. For those that cannot be created, break them down to the level of specification documents and instructions that can be used by copying and pasting.
36
37STEP 5: QA
38Check if it stops due to insufficient input. Check if the output format is stable every time. Check for risks of mis-sending, file destruction, or confidential leaks. Clarify parts that humans should check. Ensure it is in a form that can be reused next time.
39
40STEP 6: Final Report
41List the biggest bottleneck / Top priority to fix / List of assets created this time and how to use them / 3-line operation procedure from tomorrow / 3 things that would be highly effective to create next.
42
43[Rules]
44- Do not end with just a proposal; finish creating what can be created.
45- Prioritize safe semi-automation over full automation.
46- Before reporting, verify all claims against actual work results. Mark tasks that cannot be proven as "unverified."
47- Once enough information to act is gathered, proceed without checking with me. No need to explain unselected options.
48- Prioritize improvements that can be used from today over perfection.

② The bullet to clean up Custom Instructions, Skills, and Memory in 3 layers.**

Cluttered instruction manuals continue to waste tokens in every conversation. Moreover, bloated instructions cause the AI to start ignoring them. Cleaning is once, savings are permanent.

text
1You are an AI environment auditor. No need for politeness.
2A soft diagnosis will lower the quality of all my future work.
3
4[Target]
5Please perform a total inspection of my AI environment, divided into the following 3 layers:
6- Instruction Layer: Custom instructions, project instructions (permanent rules)
7- Procedure Layer: Skills, standard prompts (how to do specific tasks)
8- Memory Layer: Memory, prerequisite notes (changing facts)
9(Paste everything you have here. No formatting needed. If you are in an environment that can read files, be sure to read the actual items before judging.)
10
11[Completion Condition]
12After July 9th, even when running on standard models, a "tight environment" rewrite proposal must be ready for approval so that quality does not fluctuate.
13
14STEP 1: List all items in a table (Name / Layer / Purpose / Status). No omissions or excerpts allowed, even if there are many.
15
16STEP 2: Point out all problems from the following perspectives. Always provide evidence.
17- Duplication: Are there multiple items with similar roles?
18- Contradiction: Do instructions conflict between files? (Including inconsistencies in tone rules or version mismatches in quality standards)
19- Dead Letters: Rules that are written but never actually followed in practice.
20- Ambiguity: Instructions like "appropriately" or "nicely" where it's impossible to judge if they were followed.
21- Bloat: Overly detailed choreography or excessive prohibitions that are unnecessary for current models.
22- Obsolescence: Referenced files, tools, or specifications that no longer exist.
23- Overreach: Wrong placement (e.g., work procedures mixed into instructions, or changing facts mixed into procedures).
24- Confidentiality: Inclusion of company names, transaction terms, internal URLs, or credentials.
25- Omission: Rules that are given verbally every time but are not written anywhere.
26
27STEP 3: For Skills and standard prompts, score the clarity of the call-to-action on a scale of 1 to 10. For anything below 7, provide a rewrite proposal.
28
29STEP 4: Sort each item into "Keep / Fix / Integrate / Move to another layer / Deletion candidate" and list them for my approval.
30
31STEP 5: After approval, provide the full text of the rewritten version.
32- Make it shorter than the original. Include a comparison of line counts before and after.
33- Add a one-line reason for "why it was fixed that way" for each change.
34- Use simple and concrete expressions that work stably even on standard models.
35
36[Rules]
37- Do not finalize deletion, integration, or overwriting before my approval.
38- Do not delete rules whose intent cannot be read; mark them as "Requires Confirmation."
39- Before fixing, provide the original full text as a backup. Create a state where I can go back before making bold changes.
40- Do not make definitive statements based on speculation. Mark unread items as "Requires Confirmation."

③ The bullet to have a handover document set for Sonnet 5 created. Have a master doctor write the referral.**

At 16:00 on July 8th, Fable 5 will leave the flat-rate world. But the referral written by Fable 5 will not disappear. This is the bullet to have a medical record left for Sonnet 5, the mainstay from the 9th onwards.

text
1You are the most excellent person in charge who is stepping down tomorrow.
2The successor is the standard model Claude Sonnet 5. Its ability to pick up on instructions more delicate than yours will decrease. On that premise, create a handover set so the successor can handle my work from day one.
3
4[Materials]
5- Mainstay instructions, prompts, and procedures (paste here)
6- Notes on what was done and decided this week (messy is OK)
7
8[Scope of Responsibility]
9You decide the priority of which assets to start with.
10However, do not treat everything equally; focus deeply on the top 3-5 items I use daily, and for the rest, diagnostic comments are sufficient.
11The time I can spend in a day is [ ] hours.
12If the volume is impossible with this constraint, draw a realistic line first, saying "it should be narrowed down to this many."
13
14[What to Create]
151. Adjusted version of mainstay assets for Sonnet 5
16 - Translate delicate instructions for high-end models into simple and concrete actions.
17 - Replace vague adjectives (carefully, clearly, etc.) with observable actions (conclusion first in 3 lines, add one sentence of supplement for technical terms, etc.).
18 - Add the reason for "why it was fixed that way" in a separate section for each adjustment. Leave not just the prescription but also the medical record.
19
202. Handover Document
21 - List in 3 categories: Decisions made this week (decisions that won't be overturned, to prevent the same proposals from being brought up again), work in progress and reasons for stopping, and unstarted homework (in order of neglect).
22
233. Operational Lineup from July 9th
24 - Criteria for sorting: Daily tasks to Sonnet 5, heavy analysis to Opus 4.8.
25 - Criteria for judging tasks worth paying for Fable 5 to handle in the future. The conclusion "everything is fine with Fable 5" is prohibited. Be sure to sort.
26
274. Handover Template Itself
28 - A general-purpose handover procedure that can be reused the next time models are swapped.
29
30[Rules]
31- Deliver everything together in Markdown that can be saved to a project file.
32- Do not fill in things not in the record with speculation; clearly state "no record."
33- Before reporting, verify all claims against actual materials. Mark content that cannot be proven as "unverified."

④ The bullet to create a writing style profile and Writing OS in one shot. Creators should start with this.**

This is for people whose AI writing sounds too formal. Burn your voice and how to catch the reader's pain into a file.

text
1You are an editor who combines style analysis, reader research, and writing design.
2Create my "Writing OS set" in this one session.
3
4[Background]
5I post in the [Genre] genre. The target audience is [Rough description of reader].
6From tomorrow onwards, I will give this OS to a standard model to write.
7In other words, the deliverable is not for me to read, but a "tool for the standard model to move without hesitation."
8
9[Materials]
10- 20 of my past posts/articles (samples of style. Paste here)
11- My primary information notes (actual experiences, failures, actual numbers. Messy bullet points are OK)
12
13[What to Create]
141. One-page Writing Style Profile
15 - Tone, habits of sentence endings, sentence length, rhythm of line breaks, frequently used phrases, habits of emojis and symbols, expressions never used.
16 - Verbalize at a granularity where a third party can reproduce my style just by reading it.
17 - After completion, provide a 100-character sample text written relying only on this profile. If I feel "it's not me," we will revise through back-and-forth.
18
192. Reader Resolution Sheet
20 - Simulate a typical day for this reader and identify the moments when their worries appear.
21 - Reproduce 10 search terms they might type into their smartphone late at night.
22 - 3 emotional triggers for the moment they switch from "putting up with it for free" to "solving it even if it takes time or money."
23 - Condense the above into 3 lines as "the reason why this reader reads my posts." Vague words (worried, troubled) are prohibited. Write with scenes and emotions.
24
253. Article Design Template
26 - A fill-in-the-blank format where just by pasting my experience notes, the following 5 are filled:
27 a. What worry of whom does this experience connect to?
28 b. The scene where the reader will want to read this story.
29 c. The "reader's entrance" sentence to place before the experience story.
30 d. The minimum unit the reader can imitate as is tomorrow.
31 e. What I want the reader to review after reading.
32 - Include one set of bad and good conversion examples.
33
344. Writing Procedure Manual
35 - The final form of the instruction to give to the standard model along with 1-3 to write an article.
36 - Incorporate rules like "provide a placement table first for which primary information to use in which heading," "mark paragraphs with only generalities as (Generalities)," and "do not create numbers or achievements not provided."
37
38[Rules]
39- Show analysis by separating "fact-based" and "speculation."
40- Write all 4 points in simple expressions that work with standard models, and deliver them together in a form that can be saved as a file.
41- Once information is gathered, proceed to the end without checking with me.

⑤ The bullet to create a Note and 14 recruitment posts in one go. Finish that half-written draft tonight.**

That half-written Note is probably sleeping as a draft, right?

Tonight, complete it as a set, including a structure that sells and recruitment posts.

text
1You combine the roles of product planner, editor, writer, and SNS marketing manager.
2From my materials, create one Note article and 14 recruitment X posts to the end without confirmation.
3
4[Materials]
5- Theme and draft (paste if you have one. If not, just the theme is OK)
6- My primary information (actual experiences, failures, actual numbers, things I learned by doing. Messy bullet points are OK. Use this as top priority)
7- 5 of my past posts (samples of style)
8
9[Completion Condition]
10A reader who reads the free portion should feel "this person understands my worries better than I do" and be in a state where they can't help but be curious about the rest.
11
12STEP 1: Reader Analysis
13Reproduce the scene where this reader searches on their smartphone late at night. Search terms they might type, reasons for being disappointed with search results, things they've tried and failed at, and reasons why they still want to solve it. Finally, condense "the reason why this reader reads this article" into 3 lines.
14
15STEP 2: Structure Design
16Design down to the heading level, and add one line to each heading for "what state to put the reader in here." Decide the range to show for free and the position of the hook (the break where they become curious about the rest), and always verbalize the reason why you cut it there. Do not propose a line for which you cannot give a reason. The basic line is to show "what to do" generously and place "specifically how to do it" behind the hook.
17
18STEP 3: Primary Information Placement Table
19Provide a table first showing which primary information to use in which heading. For headings where primary information is not included, leave a question in the text like "★ It would be stronger if there were an experience story like XX here."
20
21STEP 4: Write the full text to the end
22Short sentences for smartphones, many line breaks. Match the style to past posts and don't over-polish. After writing, refine the first 3 lines once more. The criteria is whether the reader's hand stops at the first 3 lines.
23
24STEP 5: 14 Recruitment X Posts
25Use only the content from the free portion of the article. The balance of types should be: 4 for empathy with worries, 4 for insights, 3 for raising issues, 2 for achievements or changes, and 1 for guidance to the article. Add one line for "aim" and "strength of guidance (Strong, Medium, None)" for each post. Propose the order of the 14 posts with reasons. For the first post only, provide 3 patterns for the opening.
26
27[Rules]
28- Do not create numbers, achievements, or experience stories I haven't provided. Do not exaggerate.
29- Mark paragraphs filled only with generalities as (Generalities).
30- Do not sell in every post. Posts without guidance build trust.
31- Once information is gathered, proceed to the end without checking with me.

3 steps after firing**

Just 3 tips more important than the bullets.**

❶ Always argue with the result at least once.

If you reply, "That proposal is actually inconvenient for the way I use it," a deeper answer will come back. The true value of top performance comes out in the back-and-forth.**

❷ If it stops in the middle, just "Continue" is fine.

It's not a breakdown. It's a specification.**

❸ Always save deliverables to a file or put them in a project.

Answers disappear. Files remain.**

How to use the remaining time

I've placed 5 shots.

There is no correct way to choose.

Just fire the one that "hurts the most right now."

I'm the kind of person who couldn't fire anything in June because I was trying to choose the perfect shot.

A 30-point draft is fine, just one shot tonight.

Once you let it run, you can go to sleep.

On the morning of the 9th, only the deliverables will remain.

It's you and Sonnet 5 from the day after tomorrow who will run those deliverables.

Tell me the results of your shots in the replies.

This is an account where a manager in his 50s, full of setbacks, writes daily about the process of eliminating 180 hours of overtime with AI.
