Even though large language models are getting better all the time, there will still be moments when the result just does not feel right.

That gap feels even bigger when you have spent a lot of time and a good number of Credits, but the final output still does not meet your expectations.

So the YouMind product team has made a decision:

Whenever you are not satisfied with an AI response, simply tap the thumbs down button, and we will refund the Credits used for that run. The cost will be fully covered by YouMind.

The thinking behind this is simple:

We hope everyone using YouMind can really go deep with AI, and keep discovering the best ways to collaborate with it along the way.

This should be a long term partnership, not something that gets stuck because of a single “bad experience.”

At the same time, any Credits lost due to AI system errors will also be covered by us.

We are a team that cares deeply about product experience and relies heavily on user feedback.

That is why we have added feedback buttons to most feature entry points. You can use the “thumbs down” button or the “Feedback” button to send the problem you are facing and your thoughts directly to the product team.

Once we receive it, we will jump in as quickly as we can to investigate, fix issues, and improve the experience.

In our view, how far a product can go depends largely on the people who use it.

So every suggestion you share is something we will listen to carefully.
