The special event "Assassination Classroom Anime Special Event: Time of the Reunion" was held on October 17, 2026, at the Grand Hall of Suncity Koshigaya Civic Center. Ten years after the series began, a star-studded cast gathered for this celebration. In addition to ten voice actors from Class 3-E, including Jun Fukuyama as Koro-sensei, artist Soratomo Narumi appeared, who performed the first opening theme "Yellow Signal" for the TV anime rerun and the ending theme "Teacher" for the movie Assassination Classroom: Everyone's Time.
The stage was set with desks and chairs, recreating the nostalgic atmosphere of a school classroom. As the bell rang, the event opened with a reading drama featuring former students and teachers of Class 3-E reuniting for their 10-year reunion. With Koro-sensei's line, "Enjoy your 10-year reunion to the fullest. Nuru fufu fufu," presented by Jun Fukuyama, "Koro-sensei Presents: Class E Reunion" officially began.

In the "Time of Reflection" segment, where the cast looked back on the anime's history, they shared favorite scenes from Season 1, Season 2, and the recently released movie Assassination Classroom: Everyone's Time. Maaya Uchida, who voices Nagisa Shiota, selected the duel between Takahiro Takaoka and Nagisa from Episode 22 of Season 1, "Nagisa's Time." She recalled, "It was a key moment showing Nagisa's first stage of growth. I recorded it many times during ADR sessions. It was a scene I thought about deeply and struggled with," sharing anecdotes from that time.

Megumi Ogata, who voices Itoko Isogai (Note: Correction: Ogata voices Itona Horibe), selected the scene from Episode 11 of Season 1, "Transfer Student's Time - Period 2," where her character fights Koro-sensei with tentacles fully extended. However, the conversation shifted to how the cast's bond deepened after she joined the project. The group laughed over stories of drinking parties held at Ogata's house.

Eiji Miyashita, who voices Sosuke Sugano, touched upon the "Art's Time" episode depicted in the movie. He expressed his excitement, saying, "I never imagined we would get to do this scene. It left a strong impression on me as Sugano's scene, so I was happy. To have something like this happen after 10 years!" He spoke passionately about his character.
When asked about their memories and impressions of Koro-sensei, Shizuka Ito (Irina Jelavić) mentioned the gap between his usual "Nuru fufu" vibe and his handsome voice when saying good things. Nobuhiko Okamoto (Akabane Karma) described him as "an existence I wish I had met during my student days."

Ryotaro Ohsaka (Yuma Isogai) commented that Koro-sensei's serious white face is always funny, while Tomokazu Sugita (Tadaomi Karasuma) noted that seeing Koro-sensei's red angry face makes minor stresses seem insignificant. The audience nodded along, agreeing with the multifaceted charm of Koro-sensei.

The discussion moved to Episode 22 of Season 2, "Happy Birthday's Time." Chie Matsuura (Meg Katayama) cited Koro-sensei's words in that episode as the most memorable teaching. Uchida added, "I used to stress myself out by setting tasks for myself, but Koro-sensei's mindset helped my mental health become healthier." Both the cast and the audience were moved, concluding the "Time of Reflection."

Next, the variety segment "Gesture Battle with Koro-sensei!!" began.
Cast members chosen by lottery performed gestures based on prompts alongside Fukuyama, while others guessed the answers. First up were Fukuyama and Uchida. They perfectly acted out "Koro-sensei dodging students' gunfire," earning nearly all correct guesses. Next, Fukuyama and Matsuura tackled the prompt "Middle schooler caught by parents with an erotic magazine under the bed." Despite the twist, their synchronized acting brought the venue alive.

Fukuyama and Minami Tanaka (Hinata Okano) received the prompt "Transfer student bumping into a handsome guy at a corner while running with bread in mouth." Tanaka acted with high energy true to her character, while Fukuyama repeatedly failed his "handsome guy" act. The other cast members teased him, and their friendly banter filled the audience with smiles.

During "Time of Reading," the guests performed exclusive original reading dramas based on episodes from the movie: "Valentine's Time," "Art's Time," "Swimming's Time," and "Thank You's Time."

Midway through the readings, the screen displayed wedding illustrations of Karasuma and Irina, as well as an illustration of their daughter Anna, newly drawn by original author Yuusei Matsui specifically for this event. This elicited the biggest surprise and cheers from the audience!

In "Time of Music," Soratomo Narumi appeared with an upbeat intro, performing the first opening theme for the TV anime rerun, "Yellow Signal." Narumi greeted the crowd, saying, "This is my favorite work in Jump. I've grown up with Class 3-E. Happy 10th anniversary!" He also performed the movie's ending theme, "Teacher," filling the venue with emotion.

Following this, Uchida and Okamoto performed the Season 1 opening theme, "Seishun Satsubatsuron." Later, Ohsaka and Narumi joined in singing, and all cast members gathered on stage, bringing the excitement to its peak!

Before long, the event reached its end time, and each cast member gave closing remarks. Ohsaka said, "I am truly happy that we could record the movie without anyone missing in 10 years and hold this event." Okamoto stated, "I haven't experienced many real reunions, so this event feels like a genuine one. I'm really glad I encountered such a wonderful work." Uchida reflected, "Performing under the guidance of seniors amidst intense tension, and playing together in the lobby—it felt exactly like school life and youth. It was a truly happy workplace!" Each expressed their profound feelings.
Finally, Fukuyama addressed the audience: "I never imagined that for the 10th anniversary, we wouldn't just have a movie, but could spend time with you at an event. Subjectively, I think I can continue playing Koro-sensei for another 12 years easily!" This sparked thunderous applause from fans eager for future developments.
Just as the cast exited after their greetings, the sound of Class 3-E chatting in front of the school building, including Karasuma and Irina, could be heard in the venue. With Nagisa's call, the shutter sound echoed, and a photo of the Class 3-E group taken 10 years later against the backdrop of the school building appeared on stage. Two familiar figures stood close together on top of the building, watching over the students, and the event ended in an atmosphere of deep emotion.
This event was held twice (day and night performances). Footage will be included in the Blu-ray/DVD of Assassination Classroom: Everyone's Time, releasing in February. For details, please check the official site (https://ansatsu-anime.com/pkg/detail.php?id=1021814).
