TL;DR

A solo entrepreneur details 10 specific ways they used Claude Code to generate content deliverables, achieving 69 million yen in cumulative sales through efficient AI workflows.

My Claude Code turned a few lines of Japanese into 10 profitable jobs

Wait, wait, wait, sorry, let me brag just once. Training slides: 211 pages. A 30-minute YouTube main video: 7 in 7 days. One request, and 55 minutes later, 100 posts were ready. No way. All this work was done by Claude Code on this Mac, truly all of it.

And listen, the way I asked was incredibly casual. For the second YouTube video, I only typed "Next project." Four characters! Writing this myself, I'm like, oh no, oh no, what is this?

...Oh, sorry, I got too excited and forgot to introduce myself. I'm Mana. I run a one-person company.

Cumulative sales are 69 million yen, SNS posts have reached 300 million impressions total. Corporate training has been delivered to 100 companies. As of September 2026, I've exceeded 1 million yen per month for 14 consecutive months. ...Listing these out makes me blush (lol).

So, how about you? You open ChatGPT or Claude every day, quickly drafting slides and post text. You know the name Claude Code.

You think "Wow," then quietly close the screen. Yet your bank account hasn't increased by even one yen. I get it, I understand completely.

For me, things changed when I had Claude Code create deliverables that could be handed to clients. Not just things to look at, but actual items for someone else's hands.

The full set of training materials was delivered to a welfare company. PR videos were delivered to an AI tool company. The Brain sales page was published by 9 PM on the same day I requested it, way too fast. The client's official LINE broadcasts (10 times over 5 days) and the 7 YouTube main videos were all made by Claude Code.

"Wait, did Claude Code make ALL of this?" Did you think that? Yes, exactly. All 10 cases were handled by Claude Code on this Mac. The video shows the actual deliverables (content is mosaicked).

By the time you finish reading, you'll clearly see how far Claude Code can go in creating deliverables through these 10 real examples. You'll also see exactly where the money comes from, case by case. The numbers are my unexaggerated track record.

Chapter 1: 3 Reasons Why Claude Code Monetization Is So Hot & The Seminar Title From April 7th

Why am I so hyped? There are three reasons, narrowed down carefully. One person can produce deliverables for a whole company; it's incredibly fast and voluminous; and requests take just a few lines of Japanese.

First, one person equals one company's output. Training materials, PR samples, CMs, LPs, sales pages—all created by Claude Code. All of them.

The comic LP has 120 panels, the Brain letter is 9,581 characters. LINE broadcasts and YouTube main videos too. And I'm a one-person company. My only employee is me! Just me!

Second, speed and volume are insane. "Insane" isn't enough; the volume is buggy. 4K main videos: 7 in 7 days. Posts: 100 in 55 minutes with one request. Training slides: 211 pages. Blocks entered into Brain editor: 454.

The clearest example is Brain. Requested at 12:03 PM on October 3rd, published at 9 PM the same day. The sales page was live the same day I asked. Doesn't that shock you?

Third, requests are just a few lines of Japanese. YouTube main videos start with "Next project." Editing tasks start with "Do this." For the 100 posts, I just wrote "Make 100 posts." Can non-engineers read this Japanese? Right?

211 slides, 7 main videos, 100 posts. Impossible for one person manually. But one Mac handles it. Honestly, I'm the most shocked writing this (lol).

Let me say one thing. On April 7, 2026, I titled my seminar "Is Claude Code Crazy Good? With This, You Can Do Anything." Half a year later, looking at these 10 cases' numbers, the title became reality, terrifyingly so!

I still don't want to retract that title. Instead, I want to grab April-me by the shoulders and say, "You're still naive." Isn't Claude Code monetization hot?! It's super hot, right?!

Chapter 2: 5 Paid Client Jobs, From 211 Slides to 5 PR Companies

Of the 5 requested jobs, 4 were direct deliverables. 211 training slides, PR for 5 AI tool companies. Clients received 4 PDFs and 10 broadcasts; instructors got a folder with 83 files. The 5th job, comic LPs, was a sample for taking LP orders, totaling 120 panels across 5 pieces. The numerical pressure is intense, isn't it?

01 Corporate Training Slides: 211 Pages for 4 Sessions Entirely by Claude Code

Total 211 slides for 4 training sessions. Let me repeat: 211 pages. Session 1: 53, Session 2: 58, Sessions 3 & 4: 50 each. Every single slide was made by Claude Code. Not one exception.

Speaker notes include scripts for the instructor. Session 3 includes instruction booklets P1-P12 for participants, dummy documents, and 3 workflow videos. Too comprehensive! Who ordered it? Me.

This was a "Generative AI Utilization Training" for staff at a welfare company, 3 hours per session. A legitimate commissioned job paid by the company. The final session is October 20, 2026, and all 4 sessions are complete!

The request for Session 3 started with: "Next, same format for Session 3." ...Just that? Really? I'm questioning myself.

"Are all 211 slides really Claude Code?" Yes, all of them!

02 PR for 5 AI Tool Companies, Including an 80-Second CM for Pollo AI

This Mac handled PR for 5 AI tool companies. Five! For Pollo AI, I delivered 4 works, an 80-second CM, and 62 reference images. For Kling 4.0, 2 sample videos and drafts for 8 X thread posts, including English translations.

This is real paid work. AI tool companies pay for samples and CMs. I run PR jobs with just me and one Mac!

Claude Code offered 4 options and asked, "Which one shall we build?" At 10:11 PM on Oct 11, 2026, I replied: "All. Make all MAX and finish the CM in required seconds." ...Too casual, even I'm surprised (lol).

But that one reply turned 4 options into 4 finished works! "Can you choose 'all'?" Yes, totally valid.

03 Client Sales System: 10 Broadcasts Over 5 Days & 4 PDFs

まな|AIの申し子 - inline image

An online secretary business owner asked for sales copy. A 980-yen note letter (3,836 chars) with 6 images. 4 PDFs for official LINE. 10 broadcasts over 5 days, sent at 7 AM and 8 PM daily.

Plus 15 pre-sale X posts. The sales page cover was revised 7 times. Seven! Claude Code redid it properly each time.

The client pays. Letters, PDFs, broadcasts, posts, covers. I ran the entire sales system production with just me and Claude Code.

My one-line broadcast request: "Eliminate reasons not to join." Too aggressive? I'm slightly shocked myself. "One client gets letters, broadcasts, and covers?" Yes, all of it!

04 Instructor Correction System: Delivered as Zip with 83 Files

Delivered a Claude Code folder for school instructors to do corrections. Zipped, it's 83 files. Contents: 4 skills. Article/funnel correction, account correction, lecture finding, lecture addition.

42 common critiques, 38 lecture locations, 112 citations. All verified against original lecture texts. Lecture summaries included as 24 files, unchanged verbatim.

Monetized by delivering the correction folder as a commission. The folder finds where things are in lectures. I packaged that effort and handed it over.

First request line: "Do this." Follow-up: "Don't alter knowledge base." Two commands! "Two commands yield 83 files?" Yes, zipped 83 files.

05 Comic LPs: 5 Genres, Total 120 Panels

Created 5 comic LPs across 5 genres. 24 panels each, total 120! Letters ~4,000 chars each. Adding the earlier gym version (17 panels), 6 works total 137 panels. I didn't draw a single panel. Truly none.

Genres: X School, AI Training, Organic Supplements, Psychology Course, Fortune Telling. Very diverse! All fictional samples, published as an LP collection.

Comic LPs serve as samples for taking LP production jobs. Selling the service, not the LPs. 120 panels for samples is luxurious!

Request: "Make about 5 more LP patterns." "More comic images." ..."About 5" is vague. "Vague request yields 120 panels?" Yes, delivered.

Chapter 3: 5 Self-Sold Products, From 2.4M Yen Note to 7 Videos in 7 Days

The remaining 5 are products I sell. Notes sold 2,475,680 yen cumulatively. Brain sales page launched at 59,800 yen. Official LINE had 10 broadcasts repurposed.

X revenue share this year: $23,007.62 (~3.45M yen). Under old system. YouTube 4K main videos: 7 in 7 days!

06 Drafting Next Note After 2.4M Yen Bestseller: 5,597 Characters

まな|AIの申し子 - inline image

A note published Nov 7, 2025. 7 chapters, 71,981 chars, priced 22,980 yen, now sold out. Cumulative sales: 2,475,680 yen. Wait, 2.47 million yen!

Page views: 13,588, Likes: 215 (as of Oct 13, 2026). ~182 yen per view.

Clarification: That specific note wasn't made by Claude Code; parts used ChatGPT.

Claude Code drafted the NEXT one. On Oct 17, using the structure of the bestseller as a template, with only my records as material. It produced a 5,597-char draft and a 10-chapter outline. The prompt said, "Don't borrow text from the original note."

"Claude Code writes the next hit after a 2.4M yen note?" Yes, casually. Draft not yet published.

07 Brain Sales Page: 9,581-Char Letter & 454 Blocks

On Oct 3, 2026, Claude Code built the Brain sales page. Product: My membership site. 40 lectures/recordings, 38h 33m total.

Letter: 9,581 chars, 15 images. Cover included. Bonuses: zip with 42 files + 16-page manual. Content-packed!

Request: "Use Chrome to paste all text/bonuses here." Claude Code inserted 454 body blocks and 23 images into Brain editor, saving as draft. 454 blocks! Manual pasting would be terrifying.

Price: 59,800 yen, limited to 10 copies. I set the price and clicked "Submit for publication." Published at 9 PM Oct 3. "Even pasting is Claude Code?" Yes, all 454 blocks.

08 Repurposing 10 Official LINE Broadcasts into Daily Step Sequence

On Oct 18, 2026, Claude Code repurposed official LINE broadcasts. Used the 10 sends from September launch. Launch = product release period. Wasting them after one send?

Converted those 10 into a sequence delivered one per day starting from friend-add date. Only the final recruitment message links to Brain. Last request line: "Change only the final recruitment timing link to Brain."

Repurposed 10 one-time sends into an automated drip campaign. Boring? No, this is the cleverest part! "Reuse finished broadcasts?" Yes, reusable.

09 100 Posts in 55 Minutes, Top Post Hit 430k Impressions

At 9:52 PM Sept 26, I gave one request. By 10:47 PM, 100 posts were ready. 55 minutes! I typed zero words during that time. Zero.

Claude Code analyzed 1,441 Threads posts, 1,695 X posts, 36 papers, 40 overseas SNS posts. Requests: "Make 100 posts" and "Follow this too." Two prompts, 100 posts!! "Zero typing for 100 posts, how?" I want to know too.

These 100 were just drafts. Scheduled posts by Claude Code performed better. July 15-Oct 15: 38 posts >50k impressions. Top post: 430k impressions!

X revenue share this year: $23,007.62 (~3.45M yen). Early Feb: $88.63 (~13k yen). Early Aug: $1,554.62 (~230k yen). Same 2-week span, 13k to 230k yen!!

10 YouTube 4K Main Videos: 7 in 7 Days

Oct 13-19: 7 4K main videos completed. Each ~30 mins. Total length: 3h 42m 49s. Longest: 36m 17s. Plus 6 shorts.

YouTube main videos funnel viewers to my official LINE. After video 1, I typed: "OK. Finally done! Remember this script/video/audio/subtitle structure to simplify future ones." Then it sped up.

From video 2, the start phrase was "Next project." Four characters trigger a 30-min 4K video. "7 in 7 days, how?" All 7 are ~30 min 4K. Wow, Claude Code, even I'm impressed.

Chapter 4: 211 Pages, 83 Files, 100 Posts in 55 Mins. My 10 Cases Behind 69M Yen Sales

Sorry, let me list the 10 cases together. 211 pages. 5 companies. 10 broadcasts in 5 days. 83 files. 120 panels.

2,475,680 yen. 9,581 chars. 10 broadcasts. 100 posts in 55 mins. 7 videos in 7 days. ...I can't help shouting again.

All done by Claude Code on one Mac. Requests were short Japanese lines. 5 client jobs, 5 self-products. One-person company running 10 types of deliverables!

My stats: 69M yen cumulative sales, 300M SNS impressions, 100 corporate trainings. As of Sept 2026, >1M yen/month for 14 straight months.

69M yen and 100 companies include my entire history, not just Claude Code. But currently active are these 10 Claude Code cases. Reason not to be excited? None?

"Who is Mana?" A one-person company CEO. The 10 deliverables came from this Mac's Claude Code. Just me and one Mac for all 10.

You use ChatGPT/Claude daily too. If tomorrow you ask Claude Code to make one deliverable for a client—training slides, LINE broadcasts, or your next note—what's your first line?

Today, This Mac's Claude Code Is Making the Next Deliverable

Right now, Claude Code on this Mac is making the next deliverable. YouTube videos start with "Next project." Correction folders start with "Do this." During the 55 mins for 100 posts, I typed nothing.

211 pages, 83 files—all began with short Japanese. All 10 cases happened inside this Mac. The April 7 title stands true today. Is Claude Code crazy good? Yes.

Sorry, one last shout. Claude Code monetization is SO HOT!!! I'll ask Claude Code for the next deliverable tomorrow.

Note: Numbers reflect my personal results. No guarantee of identical outcomes.
