Description
Generate a full-bleed background in a single color with an authentic print texture: a solid, low-saturation ink field (around 30% saturation, slightly deeper than a standard light tint) overlaid with extremely fine print grain, a clear and rapid ink lightening effect (with random direction and position: vertical, horizontal, or diagonal), and a thin torn white paper edge along one side (with random side placement). There is no composition, no pattern, and no second color—just color and paper.

Why we love this skill
Captures key Riso duplication details into a reproducible generation standard: low-saturation aged ink, uniform fine grain, narrow distinct fading, and a single torn paper edge. Supports random variables, batch variations, and fixed Seed export, designed for bulk creation of matching textured backgrounds.
Best for
Ideal for designers and content creators who need to produce clean print-textured backgrounds, covers, or visual assets.
How to use this Skill
Provide your input
Provide the desired color, aspect ratio, quantity, and optional reference image, precise color code, or reproduction requirements. Default low-saturation monochrome print texture settings are used if unspecified.
Run the Skill
After you submit your requirements, the system organizes visible parameters such as color, grain, fading direction, and torn paper edge, then generates the corresponding visual result.
Review your result
Receive a monochrome risograph-textured background image complete with fine grain, a distinct localized fade, and a narrow torn white paper edge on one side; reproducible web canvas files are also available when needed.

View allDark Silhouette by xiaoxiaodong
Ideal for turning a main subject and a few nearby items into a dark-background silhouette still life. The top half shows the original photo; the bottom half converts them into front-facing or profile flat silhouettes with no outlines and almost no internal details, staggered in height and overlapping in a cluster like quiet objects on a tabletop. The background color deepens the darkest tone of the photo, and the silhouettes are rendered as low-saturation pink-gray blocks with only one accent brightened to near warm white as if illuminated. The entire surface features fine, dry-gouache-like textures. The silhouette group leans slightly to one side, leaving empty space on the other side featuring a slender serif uppercase word. Avoid photos requiring perspective, 3D lighting, or clear facial features, as well as entire streets, full rooms, bright backgrounds, pure black backgrounds, gradients, outlines, and high-saturation colors.
Xiaodong x Screenprint x P086
Panel 086 keeps only the 3–5 visual details that make an image work. It reshapes the subject with silhouettes, geometric forms, and simple color blocks, then uses 2–4 spot colors drawn from the photo, dry-brush, brayer texture, dragged ink, broken ink, and uneven coverage to create a medieval modernist screen print. The composition always seeks one clear focal point, one dominant direction, and one meaningful area of negative space. Best for Wanting more visual order from a photo: Keep only 3–5 key visual details, using silhouettes, geometric forms, and color blocks to establish a clear focal point. Wanting an authentic printmaking feel: Let dry-brush, rolled ink, dragged ink, broken ink, and uneven coverage become part of the visual language. Wanting vivid but restrained color: Compress the most energetic relationships in the original image into 2–4 spot colors, allowing the paper and negative space to actively shape the composition. Needing flexible deliverables: Supports portrait, landscape, design-only, multiple aspect ratios, and four-edge wallpapers, and can also process image directories in batches.
xiaoxiaodong × Comms × Type × P096
Panel 096 uses delicate pen-and-ink linework to preserve the subject’s identity, with broken contours and sparse hatching / cross-hatching to capture key actions. Text enters the layout in a narrow, worn, misaligned vintage typewriter font, as if typed directly onto a card by a private enthusiast. Best suited for Want a folk-print texture: Monochrome reproduction ink on a vivid sheet of colored paper, preserving paper fibers, copy grain, and registration shifts. Need a privately made-looking layout: Freely mix the subject and text, with partial cropping, misaligned alignment, and irregular blank space along the edges. Prefer a restrained but distinctive result: Use just one sheet of colored paper and one ink color, without rich palettes or commercial retro templates. Need flexible delivery: Supports vertical, horizontal, design-only, multiple aspect ratios, and four-edge wallpapers, and can also process image directories in batches.
