Built-in anti-hallucination firewall (three-option source tags, no fabrication, source coverage self-check) and parameterized ideological-political mapping (skill points → professional qualities → observable assessment points), automatically handle conflicts in credit hour standards from multiple materials and consolidate with talent cultivation plans.
