YouMind Update: Model Selection, Skill Previews & Desktop App
Hello friends. This update makes it easier to choose how you create in YouMind. You can now fine-tune your model settings, preview a Skill before installing it, and start creating directly from your desktop with the new YouMind Desktop app.
Upgraded Model Selection
The model selection panel has been redesigned, with Auto mode enabled by default to balance quality and speed while significantly reducing credit usage. You can also turn off Auto mode to choose a model yourself, then fine-tune Thinking Effort and Context Length in the model settings to suit different creative needs.
Preview Skill Results Before Installing
You can now preview a Skillâs results before installing it. For example, when exploring a Slides Skill, you can switch between pages to see how its design style is applied throughout the presentation.
Preview the results first, then install the Skill you like and start creating with it. This makes it easier to choose the right Skill and begin with greater confidence.
Introducing YouMind Desktop
Download YouMind Desktop and drag and drop your local files to start creating right from your desktop. You can preview and edit both local files and AI-generated work directly in the app for a smoother, more efficient creative workflow.
