YouMind Updates: Slides Editing Upgrade, Video Support, Flexible Scheduling

This week we're launching three updates that make YouMind more responsive and flexible: faster slides editing, video support in documents, and intelligent scheduling for automated tasks.
Slides editing
YouMind's slides editor now shows the text editing window instantly when you click to edit. No extra steps, no menu hunting.
We've also added subtitle styling controls with four preset templates. You can adjust fonts, sizes, and colors in real time while you're editing, giving you more control over how your content looks.

Video in documents
YouMind documents now support video content directly. You can upload video files from your computer or paste a YouTube link, and the video will be embed inline with your text and images.
What you can build:
- Tutorial docs — Place video demonstrations right next to written instructions, so learners can see and read at the same time
- Research notes — Keep video sources embedded with your analysis instead of managing separate links
- Project docs — Drop in screen recordings and demos to show what you've built, not just describe it
- Knowledge bases — Combine text explanations, images, and video walkthroughs in a single document

Scheduled tasks
YouMind's scheduling interface now lets you set different times for weekdays and weekends. It works like setting an alarm clock, but for your automated workflows.
You can run daily summaries Monday through Friday and pause them automatically on weekends. Or schedule research tasks to run overnight when you're not working. YouMind follows your actual schedule instead of forcing you into a rigid, one-size-fits-all timing pattern.
