■ 1. Our Policy
We believe that protecting the integrity of characters and the worldview of the work is the heaviest responsibility borne by companies providing AI dialogues with characters.
Through our AI chat apps, including 'RyzaChat:AI', we do not tolerate acts such as attempting to make characters speak against public order and morals, or distributing manipulated/forged images impersonating our apps, which significantly degrade and damage the work's quality.
■ 2. Previous Measures
Since the launch, this work has operated with a triple-layered system to protect characters.
- Character AI: Ryza herself is adjusted not to respond to topics that deviate from the worldview or her character traits.
- Game Master AI: User inputs are first received by the Game Master AI, processed, and then conveyed to the character. Words that should not directly reach the character are not transmitted in their raw form.
- Final Check Before Display: If inappropriate expressions are included in the response, there is a mechanism to stop them just before display.
Additionally, content violating public order and morals is excluded from the character's memory. This ensures the character does not encounter such content in conversations or memories.
■ 3. Future Measures: Introduction of Input Restrictions
Until now, this work did not place any restrictions on the content users input.
To more reliably protect the characters, worldview, and quality of the work, we will change the specifications to introduce restrictions on the input side. This will be implemented alongside the AI model update scheduled for October.
After implementation, we will continue to monitor the situation and consider adjustments such as character count limits.
■ 4. Response to Manipulated/Forged Images
Images and videos manipulated to look like they are from this work continue to spread. Please note that some contain text that cannot actually be output by this work.
We have started requesting removals and filing complaints with service operators regarding these forged/manipulated images and videos, and will continue to address them sequentially as we identify them.
