The client guidebook includes an itinerary overview, daily timelines, booking and experience references, a shopping list, and travel essentials, while retaining risks and backup options when needed. ✍️ The client version is designed for direct execution each day, with timelines covering time, transportation references, key activities, and limited-time shopping opportunities. It follows user preferences and respects user decisions, while fact-checking real-world itineraries and eliminating unsuitable options. It supports new plans as well as targeted revisions and refinements to existing guidebooks. 📝 Backend research notes are stored separately, including sources, candidates, comparison processes, versions, verification records, and rules for revising across multiple rounds (when new facts appear, promptly replace outdated information and recalculate affected routes). This helps prevent duplicate tables, exposure of internal wording, and canceled items from returning.
