TL;DR

This guide outlines a 6-month framework for building a personal brand and sales machine similar to Andrew Tate's, focusing on offer creation, voice development, psychological triggers, funnel optimization, affiliate management, and community building.

I ran sales and marketing for Andrew Tate from 2021 to 2023

We did $149,000,000 with 95%+ margins during that time without spending a single dollar on ads. My team is 17 of the 25 marketers who generated 99% of all affiliate traffic and sales for Tate, then Luke Belmar, then Iman and many others

Since then my team generate $11m for Belmar, 8 figures for our clients with CloutProfit Scaling Secrets, 8 figures for ourselves with that same offer, and $2M profit in our first 3 months running multiple offers on cold traffic having never run a single ad before in our lives. We are the best marketing team on earth bar none and I invite you to name a better one

The story started of how I got so close to Tate started when I was 20 years old, face full of acne, fat and broke in my mums basement in Canada.

I joined The War Room with my last $2000, made a bit of money, and then directly spent my last $12,000 on a ticket to Miami to meet Tate and pitch myself to him.

The rest, is history.

Every piece of the Tate brand we built on purpose. This article explains every piece in the order we built it, one per month

6 months is real time frame for change.

Some of our consulting clients: Matan did $2.5M in his first 6. Adri did $237,000 in 6 weeks. Robin did $73,500 in 45 days with under 1,000 subscribers. Kumar went from 10k --> 700k in just a few months. Champtgram scaled from low 5 figs to half a million a month.

No matter where you are starting, apply what you will learn in this article and achieve rapid success within 6 months.

Bookmark this, it's long.

Month 1: The Offer and the Dream

Build the offer before the audience. Its much easier to change your offer than to change your audience

An offer is a transformation delivered in steps. Take the end state your buyer dreams about and reverse engineer the steps back to where he is today. Step 1, step 2, step 3. That page is your product

Do it FAST. We launched Hustlers University inside 26 straight hours of cigars and coffee and the next day it was doing five to six figures a month. The War Room launched in a few hours as a Telegram group chat. Videos, lessons and platforms came later, those only save you time on fulfilment. Your buyer wants the outcome and how you deliver it is your problem

The War Room outcome was Tate's life. Supercars, women, fighting, passports, complete freedom from the system. We positioned it as the solution to every problem men have outside of money. Your dream needs the same property, always in front of them and never fully reached, because the day they reach it the game is over

Start high ticket. We sold roughly 2,500 War Room seats at $7,979, thats $19,947,500, and Tate Speech had around 50,000 subscribers while it was doing multiple 7 figures a month. High ticket works with a tiny audience, the buyers actually implement, and they hand you sensational testimonials

Two tiers

-$2,000 to $5,000 sells through content and DMs

-$5,000+ sells through content plus voice notes and calls, and expect several conversations before the money moves

Go low ticket once the audience is big. The Real World peaked at 215,000 students paying $49.99 a month, thats $129M a year, straight to checkout with no salesman. Low ticket lives or dies on retention so we made it a video game. Ranks, tokens, levels. Guys will tell you with pride that they're a captain inside The Real World, and that pride is why they keep paying

An upsell sells for one of two reasons. It solves a new problem the first product created, or it solves the same problem better. Stacking more features on top does nothing

Here is how we moved a $49 student into an $8k room without him feeling sold. We'd announce "if you're at $10k a month and want to reach $100k, DM us your exact situation for some free consulting". He'd message, we'd give him real advice, then

"You're going to make money, thats obvious, you're inside the best education on earth. But what about everything else? Brotherhood? A second passport? Your health? Who do you call when it all goes wrong?"

He had never thought about any of it. A week later he's clicking around cobratate. com, finds the War Room page describing the exact worries we installed in his head, and comes back asking US about it. It was his idea, so he never churns

The offer is the first thing my team tears apart when we take someone on. Promise, mechanism, price, upsells, the whole ascension path. Most of the time its the entire problem and the owner cant see it because he's standing inside it

Resource: your one page offer. End state, the steps reverse engineered, the price, and one sentence a stranger can repeat after a single read

Month 2: The Voice

Everybody copied our funnels and our clipping after 2022 and nobody got close, because none of them could speak like him

Tate at 17 was a skinny chess nerd with glasses, no money and no girls. I saw that kid come out once in Dubai, I complimented his new leather jacket and he blushed and looked at the floor for half a second before Top G came back. The speaking was trained, all of it, and here is how

He rehearsed everything. We'd go back and forth on the ideas, he'd settle his talking points, then walk around the room saying each one out loud until he knew exactly how it would land. Then we picked the location, then we filmed. When he sounded flawless on a podcast its because he had already said that line 50 times. Nobody is born able to articulate his thoughts instantly

A master orator has zero lag between his thoughts and his words. Three things get you there

  1. Know your subject at a cellular level
  2. Train improvisation
  3. Become uninhibited around people

The improv drill, 2 minutes every day. Free associate out loud as fast as you can without thinking. Roof floor foot painting red light street up down sky rocket Mars. When the words come out before you choose them the lag is gone

Words. Iggy trained Tate. He's a master hypnotist and the most captivating speaker I have ever sat in front of, he spoke to us for 8 hours and it felt like 1. His core lesson is that every word puts a thought and a feeling inside someones head, and whatever the listener doesnt consciously reject, he accepts. So read, steal sentence structures from the great orators, look up every word you dont own. We catalogued 52 word patterns Tate used over and over. Once you see them you cant unsee them

Articulation. Firm consonants, open vowels. Take the hardest words you can find, say them slow, then fast, until every sound is clean at speed. If your accent is thick, copy native British or American speakers until it isnt. How you pronounce your words decides if people hear you as smart or as low class

Delivery. Your emotions lead and your expression follows

  • Hushed voice builds trust, and it only works if you genuinely have goodwill toward the listener
  • Lowered voice pulls concentration
  • Upward inflection makes a question easy to answer
  • Pause in two places only, when you change topic and right after a cliffhanger ("you know whats interesting...")

Body. Get the tension out of your jaw, neck and shoulders, go see a massage guy or an osteopath. Tate drank raw milk and raw eggs before filming to keep the vocal cords oiled

Practise in this order: mirror, then real people one on one, then the camera. If you cant influence one person in a room you wont influence a million through a lens

You have 3 weapons. Eyes, voice, hands. A lion tamer keeps a lion at bay with eye contact alone. When I point, you look at a fingertip the size of a coin and then wherever it sends you. Learn what each one does

Then aura. Tate had time blocked almost every single day to drive the supercars and go out with girls. It sat on the calendar like a meeting, because a guy who sits at his laptop for 14 hours and then hits record has nothing in him. Run everything in your life through one question, is this giving me aura or draining it, and be ruthless about the answer. Breathe deep, eat clean, stretch, train, cold approach until nothing a stranger says can shake you

Last thing. Write your authority statement, 2 to 3 lines you can riff off the tip of your tongue in the first 15 seconds of anything you film. Mine is the first line of this article

Nobody can do this month for you. Keep that in mind, it matters at the end

Resource: the daily 20 minutes. 2 min free association, 5 min hard words, 10 min talking points to the mirror, 3 min on camera

Month 3: The 6 Beliefs

Eli - inline image

There are only two actions you ever want from a stranger, follow you and buy from you. Both happen when 6 beliefs sit inside his head at the same tim

  1. I trust you
  2. I like you
  3. My problem can be solved
  4. Your offer solves it
  5. Your offer solves it better than the competition
  6. I need it solved now and not later

All 6 installed and he buys, guaranteed. When sales are slow one of them is missing, go find which one

Every belief has action plans to install it. These are the ones that move the needle most

Trust and like: film it in third person. Jordan Welch took Iman Gadzhi out into the Dubai desert and gave him a custom vintage Rolex, the one watch he didnt own. They hugged it out, real moment, real friendship, and the cameras captured every second of it on purpose. The viewer feels the goodwill between two guys and files them both under decent people. Next time either one launches an offer the word scammer never enters his head. Let people watch somebody else trust you

Better than the competition: create your own category. Here is mine word for word. "Everyone else teaches you marketing tactics. I teach you how to engineer human behaviour. Tactics change every 6 months and human psychology hasnt changed in 10,000 years, so which one do you want to base your business on?" I never mentioned a competitors product and there is nothing left to compare me to. One rule, the difference has to matter to the outcome he's buying

Now and not later: stack urgency. A deadline works once and then you actually have to close the doors, so for evergreen urgency you stack angles. All 7 in one piece of content

  1. Cost of delay: "Every month you wait costs you $20,000. Thats $240,000 a year you're leaving on the table"
  2. Competition: "While you think about it your competitor is already inside taking your market share"
  3. Skill decay: "The market gets more sophisticated every month. What works today is 10x harder in 6 months"
  4. Closing window: "YouTube attention is underpriced right now and its always the first ones in who eat"
  5. AI: "In 4 to 5 years it replaces entire departments in one prompt. Get filthy rich while you still can"
  6. Mortality: "You're going to die. Nobody on his deathbed says I wish I waited longer"
  7. FOMO: "Hundreds are already inside printing, and every day you fall further behind them"

Now the content. Every YouTube video is a VSL. Same hook, same beliefs, same objections handled, same pitch. Somebody binge watches 8 of your videos and he has watched 8 sales letters, and that lead is the easiest close you will ever have

Why YouTube: the hierarchy of influence. In person beats a live call, a live call beats a livestream, a livestream beats a recorded video, and the recorded video is the only one that keeps working for years while you sleep

Three kinds of video

  • Presentations that educate
  • Sit down rants like the ones Tate did, where you drive a point home with your voice
  • Raw lifestyle that proves you live what you preach

We ran Tate Speech for the first two and Tate Confidential for the third. You would not believe how much money went into Confidential for the subscriber count it had, it was the social proof for everything else. The ratio depends on who you sell to. Brokies need to see the lifestyle. Business owners have already been to Dubai, so give them the sauce

Title for the buyer you want. "How to run a team of A players fully remote" got us 1,500 views and converted better than almost anything we ever posted, because only guys with revenue have that problem. Pitch for 15 to 25 seconds at the moment emotions are highest. Post every 3 to 4 days

For our own clients we map all 6 beliefs before a single second gets filmed, then hand over every topic in order with the hooks, talking points, titles and thumbnails done. All he does is film

Resource: the 7 urgency lines rewritten for your offer, plus 30 video topics where each one installs one of the 6 beliefs

Month 4: The Machine

Eli - inline image

Sales funnels are simple and all the money is in how well each piece gets executed

Top of the funnel: YouTube long form first, its your bread and butter. Then Instagram, where the business account ran stories like "free advice for the next 30 minutes, DM me the word THINK" and my salesmen sat in the inbox sorting the brokies from the buyers and closing $8k in DMs. Then Twitter, which is a full time job, 5 to 8 tweets a day, and it only gets easy once YouTube has taught you your own arguments by heart

Middle of the funnel is the website. Cobratate. com was a place you could come hang out, read, watch, and click the little chat bubble in the corner. We put our smartest closers and consultants on that bubble and trained them to know more about every area of life than the guy typing. You'd explain your situation and James would break down your money, your girl, your health and where you should live in 4 messages. Next day you'd get Paul, also a genius. By the third chat your brain had decided the whole company was geniuses and the guy in the videos must be the smartest of them all. I designed that chat flow myself and it made millions. Put your best closer on the bubble

Then the email list, our biggest money printer by far. 1.5 million subscribers, 30 to 50% open rates, mailed every single day. It felt like a personal email from your friend Andrew Tate, full of value, so when it was time to sell it was easy. Telegram can beat email if you actually work it, because voice notes and video hit more senses than text

The VSL, the single most powerful sales asset you will ever create. 15 steps

  1. Hook
  2. Lead
  3. Qualification ("we dont take lazy or dumb people", nobody thinks thats him, so everybody says yes this is for me)
  4. Problem
  5. Hero story
  6. Solution and mechanism
  7. Features with benefits attached
  8. Testimonials and receipts, spam them
  9. Price anchor, ASK them how much they think it costs
  10. Guarantee
  11. Urgency story
  12. Crossroads close, describe both futures and ask "so whats it going to be?"
  13. Takeaway close, pull the carrot away and then hand it back
  14. Help them buy, literally show the checkout on screen
  15. Future pace, say "once you're inside" and drop the word if

Plan your shots. Film the hook somewhere that stops the scroll. Film the close near the lens with your voice lowered. Then sit a few normies in front of it and watch their faces, every time one of them reaches for his phone you have a cut to make

People pay five figures for one of these from writers who have never sold a thing. Every funnel my team has touched that got the traffic has done 8 figures. Crypto, dating, ecom, consulting, fitness. You will see these 15 steps again before this article ends

The sales rules we ran on

  • Talk to EVERY lead. Close the qualified ones fast, then work the brokies too, because the brokie today is an $8k buyer in 6 months and he remembers who gave him the time of day
  • Everyone in your funnel is a customer, in 2 weeks or in 2 years. The only one who can fuck it up is you, so never burn a lead
  • Every sale is an impulse at the moment of payment. Build the emotions, strike while the iron is hot, and never stop halfway through collecting card details
  • Everything is a sell, even the close. "Wait, dont pay yet, you're in Australia? Let me speak to my manager so the team there sets you up first"
  • Let him talk. The more he talks the more he sells himself on the idea that you care
  • Marketing is just sales to many people without feedback, so every objection my salesmen heard that day went to the editors that night

How the team ran. 99% of our communication was text on Telegram, we almost never called. In person we sat around a table on our laptops in complete silence for hours. 16 hour days were normal. We clicked every link and every button in the funnel every single day, and a 1% drop in sales from one day to the next was full pandemonium until we found the cause

Resource: the 15 step skeleton with your offer filled into every line

Month 5: The Army

25 editors generated 99% of all the traffic and 99% of all the sales. Same footage, same B roll, same clips of Tate available to thousands of guys, and a couple dozen of them produced everything. One account alone passed 700 million views. The skill difference between the top and the rest is like pro athletes against a Sunday league

Eli - inline image

17 of those 25 work with me now

How it worked. Students inside Hustlers University joined the affiliate campus, learned to edit, and posted Tate everywhere for commission only. They were paying us $49 a month to send us free traffic. Luke created that and ran it, I fed it from the sales side with the objections and selling angles that were closing that week

Two requirements before you try it

  1. A big catalog of long form. Tate gave you 5 to 8 clips per video, and editors who run out of footage lose momentum and quit
  2. You have to be magic on camera. The same editors went over to Luke Belmar afterwards and did $11M, a fraction, because he filmed less and he was a weaker speaker full stop

What separated the accounts that made sales

  • Branding. The pages that printed looked official, "The Real World Platform", "Not Tristan Tate", so people trusted the link in the bio. Belmar insisted his be labelled fan pages and it killed conversions on sight
  • Editors who are marketers first, who pick the clip for the buyer and carry the message that sells
  • Short form funnelling to long form. Nobody sends you $5,000 off six reels, they need hours with you first

Pay them on sales. Pay per view and you get the wrong audience plus memes that damage you. Belmar's "alone in the war room sipping Johnnie Walker" clip went everywhere, made him a laughing stock, and Capital Club sales dropped

You need 2 or 3 killers, properly trained, with branded accounts and an early win so they stay. 50 random clippers posting garbage burns out the ones who could have become your top earners

Resource: the account checklist. Official looking name, clean bio, story highlights, one link, CTA pointing at your YouTube

Month 6: The Cult

Eli - inline image

A cult buys everything you ever make and goes to war for you in comment sections for free. The recipe is old, Osho ran it, every religion and every political movement runs it, and it works the same for fishing enthusiasts, bodybuilders or ballerinas

  1. The figure. They have to believe you are fundamentally better than them at the metrics they care about. You cant beat a Bugatti and 4 kickboxing world titles, so they accept second position and start listening. Find your edge and make it undeniable
  2. The dream. Always in front of them, never in their hands
  3. The enemy. Ours was the Matrix and we never defined it, so every guy could put his own boss, his own ex, his own government inside it. An idea cant be killed, and away from pain is a stronger motivator than toward pleasure every single time
  4. The language and the uniform. Inside the War Room women were called dragons, everyone was G, members wore suits, smoked cigars and played chess. Change how they talk and dress a little at a time, you are rewiring years of old programming and it takes a while. Soon they recognize each other anywhere
  5. The shame. Deliver it in third person to the whole group: "you know the guys who always take the longest to find success? The ones who doubt step 2 and step 3. The ones who just believe fly through". The room answers "step 2 was easy bro", the 3 doubters go quiet and fall back in line, and from then on the group polices itself
  6. The ascension. Events from $2,000 to $25,000 that cost $500 to $1,000 a head to run. "You paid 8k to join and you're not coming? Then you're just a picture on Telegram. Your brothers want to meet you". Guys booked flights the same night, and plenty of members put more than $250,000 through the back end

Two rules. Never call it a cult to them, that one word starts a crack that splits the whole thing a year later. And reward them, a treat here and a treat there for good behaviour, because people who get abused wake up

Keeping it

  • Aura is your most valuable asset. Before any public move ask if it adds aura or drains it. If winning gains you nothing and losing costs you everything, walk away
  • Do what you said you'd do, every single time. They follow you because they can predict you
  • Stay raw. A sanitized message loses its conviction and the audience feels it within weeks
  • When the hit pieces come you have 4 options. Ignore it, Huberman said nothing about the 6 girlfriends and came out of it looking like a player. Address it once, concisely. Discredit the attacker, and then its war, he has to end up a dork nerd geek liar in everyones mind. Or double down and laugh about it, which only works if it genuinely doesnt affect you even 1%

One more ingredient and its the one you dont control. Timing. In 2020 every young guy on earth was locked in his room, broke, no girlfriend, nothing to do, and a guy shows up with 10 cars saying everything you're not allowed to say. Sharpest contrast in history. Right now everyone is confused and scared about what AI is going to do to their income, which is that same locked room. Whoever shows up with certainty this year is the guy with the cars

Or have us do it for you

Scroll back up and look at what I did to you

  1. Trust. The $149M, the 99% and the 8 figures in client numbers all front loaded at the start
  2. Like. The basement and the last $12,000
  3. It can be done. Matan, Adri, Robin, Kumar, and others... all inside 6 months
  4. This method does it. You just read the whole thing step by step
  5. Nobody else has it. The 17 work with me
  6. Now and not later. Thats coming

Thats Month 3, run on you while you read

Now look at what those 6 months actually contain. An offer, positioning, a VSL, a landing page, a funnel, an email list mailed daily, a sales team with scripts, a content plan in the right order, titles, thumbnails, editors, branded clip accounts, and later paid ads. One person doing all of that is a 16 hour day for years. I know because I did it

I told you nobody can do Month 2 for you. Every other month in this article my team can do for you, and we do

Its called Touchless Scaling. My team and I get on a call with you, take your entire operation apart, find what is actually holding you back, and then we build and run ALL of it for you. The offer, the branding, the VSL, the funnel, the emails, the sales systems, the content plan with every script and hook written, the editing, the clipping, the ads, the tracking. If the bottleneck is you on camera, we personally train you on everything in Month 2. You film what we give you, you speak to important people, and you give us the few bits of feedback only you can give. Thats it

And here is the part nobody else on earth will promise you. We keep working with you until we hit the revenue goal we agreed on together, however long that takes

We have done this for a crypto trader in Miami, a fitness coach in Germany, a Spanish speaking coach in Dubai, an ecom guy in Israel, a software consultant and an agency in a niche I wont name. Give us anyone with something real to sell and we will make him the guy in his market

How much would it cost you to hire a copy chief, a funnel builder, a media buyer, a sales manager, a content strategist and 3 elite editors? How long would it take to find them? How many would you fire before you found the good ones? And once you have them, who manages them? You. Congratulations, you just created another full time job for yourself. Work out that number. We charge a fraction of it, sometimes with a revenue share, depending on what you need

Who we turn away

  • Anyone already at 9 figures and a household name, all we can do there is optimize
  • Anyone who wont get on camera
  • Anyone whose whole identity is grinding. People have genuinely got mad at us over how little work was left for them, true story
  • Any offer that doesnt genuinely help the buyer, at any price

And if we dont believe we can hit your number, we wont take your money

If you're a creator, founder or marketer with something real to sell and you want the team behind the biggest personal brand of all time running yours, keep reading

Every day you wait, somebody else is speaking to your future customers and installing his beliefs in their heads. The market gets more sophisticated every month and what worked 2 years ago is already dead. And AGI is coming to flatten every technical edge anyone has. Perfect ads, perfect funnels, perfect emails, for everybody, on the same day. What survives that is your brand, your audience and your reputation, and nothing on earth can go back in time and hand you 5 years of trust you never built. There is a short window to build those and you're inside it right now

One more. Because of that guarantee, every client we accept is an open ended commitment for me and my team. We can only carry so many. When we're full the doors close, and the price goes up as capacity shrinks

So you have two options. Take this article, do all of it alone, and find out in a year or two how much of it you got right. Or apply

Go to go.cloutprofit.com/launch and fill in the application, it takes a few minutes. Your offer, your audience, your current numbers, the revenue goal you want us to hit. If you're eligible you book a call with me or one of my team. We break down your operation live and tell you straight if your number is possible. If it is, we tell you what it takes and what the investment is, and we offer you a spot. You'll need to decide quickly, because somebody who is ready will take it

go.cloutprofit.com/launch

Once you're in, you wake up knowing every part of your marketing and sales is being run by the guys who did $149,000,000 for Tate. You open your phone, the scripts are there, you film for an hour, you take two calls with people who matter, and then you go live your life while we push the entire operation toward your number

We did this for Tate, for Belmar, for Iman and for every name in this article. Apply and we'll do it for you
