Afternoon everyone, I need to touch base on a issue that we had with the 30th products. Some information I can not share and some questions I will not be able to answer due to the active Police investigation.
On Wednesday September 16th one of our Distros reached out to us asking if we had received the shipment, when we answered No not yet, the Distro rep went panic mode. At that time they proceeded to tell us that the shipping company they used can not locate our delivery. At that time the Distro was trying everything they could to locate this random driver that the shipping company outsourced too.
This driver with a privately owned truck has SEVERAL pallets of 30th anniversary products on it and has still not delivered or been located. All we can do is speculate that they knew what it was, and decided they wanted to risk it to retire.
This is why we had the shop closed today for the locals, as honestly we needed to do some serious math, and make sure all Preorders were accounted for fist. Plus to be real I am pissed and my anxiety was all over.
I honestly believe this entire allocation is gone and we will never see it, so to my locals I am sorry as there will not be very much to offer, to my online I am sorry there will NOT be any restocks to offer any time soon.
We are working closely with our Distro with this issue and preparing for the worse but still hoping for the best. I will not discuss the total value of the missing items, I won't name the Distro, and I will not disclose any other information besides what I have above.
To our Customers, YES all preorders will be honored and shipped ... I have never refunded and I aint about to start now we just need some time. To our Locals, We are very sorry for closing abruptly today and for not having very much to offer, hopefully you can understand.
To the Jerk who stole our stuff .... May ya pillow always be hot, May you step on all legos, and May you stub all toes on knight stands.
