"How should I actually use AI?"
I get this question every single day.
Most people think of AI as a "tool that gives answers." I thought so too at first.
But the people who truly grow their presence don't use AI for finding answers or just for efficiency.
They use it to verbalize the things inside them that haven't been put into words yet.
There is one entrepreneur who uses this method more brilliantly than anyone else.
With 14.2 billion yen in annual sales, a 71.4% year-over-year increase, and record-breaking performance, he is the youngest apparel entrepreneur in Japan to take a company public at age 30, just 5 years and 8 months after founding it.
This is Takanori Kataishi, CEO of yutori Inc., commonly known as "Yutori-kun."
He started with a single second-hand clothing account on Instagram and rose to the top using only the power of SNS.
On June 29, 2024, he revealed his AI utilization method on YouTube: the "Intuition Chart." It’s a way to let AI dissect your own self.
Let me tell you now: if you dismiss this as just "a CEO's weird self-analysis," you're missing the best part.
The essence of this method isn't self-analysis. It's the technology of turning "gut feelings" into words. I believe this is the ultimate weapon for content creators.
I watched the entire 32-minute video and studied all the prompts he released. I'm putting the steps, the prompts, and the modified version I wrote specifically for content creation right here in this article.
It's long, so I recommend saving it for later.
1. Who is Yutori-kun? A 30-second explanation
For those who don't know, here are the basics.
Takanori Kataishi. He started the "Furugi Joshi" (Second-hand Clothing Girls) community on Instagram and founded yutori Inc. in April 2018. He launched several Gen Z brands like "9090" and joined the ZOZO Group in July 2020.
On December 27, 2023, he listed on the TSE Growth Market. 5 years and 8 months from founding. He was 30 at the time—the youngest apparel CEO to IPO in Japan.
In the most recent fiscal year (ending March 2024), sales reached 14.234 billion yen, up 71.4% YoY. Operating profit also rose 61.4% to 1.084 billion yen, both record highs.
In the video, he reflects: "We were at 4 billion when we went public. Last year was 14 billion. Sales grew by 10 billion in just two years."
In short, he is one of the most momentum-driven apparel CEOs in Japan right now. And his way of using AI was the exact opposite of what we imagined.
2. "Digging into yourself with words is very difficult"
At the beginning of the video, Yutori-kun says:
"Because words can only approach the range of what you're already aware of, it's very difficult to dig into your inner self through a linguistic approach."
Think about this for a moment.
Can you accurately explain your own anxieties in your own words?
Humans can only think within the "words they already know" and the "range they've already noticed." That's why digging into your inner self with words often just yields answers you already knew.
So, he stopped giving the AI words. Instead, he gave it "intuition."
Images he had saved on Pinterest for no particular reason. Playlists of music he's been listening to lately.
He lets the AI perform an integrated analysis of things he chose subconsciously to verbalize the true feelings that haven't become words yet. This is the "Intuition Chart."
To be honest, this video was a tie-up with Genspark (an autonomous AI agent). If you think, "Oh, it's just a sponsored post," and close this, you'll lose out.
The framework of this method is "provide materials and let it integrate them." That's it. It doesn't matter which tool you use—ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini can all replicate this.
3. The Procedure for the Intuition Chart (Prompts released for free)
Before the steps, let's clear up a major misunderstanding.
You don't ask the AI, "What is my problem?"
Think of it like a doctor. The former is like saying, "Guess my illness just by looking at me." The latter is giving them blood test results and X-rays.
Don't ask for the answer; provide the materials where the answer is already manifesting. This sequence is everything.
STEP 1: Provide your "OS"
First, input foundational information.
- Date of birth
- Results from Sanmei-gaku or Four Pillars of Destiny (screenshots are fine)
- MBTI
- A brief career history
The key here is not to inflate your titles. Yutori-kun didn't enter "CEO of a listed company"; he just put "Company Management." If the title is too strong, the AI gets pulled into that image and returns a generic "CEO persona."
First, let it analyze you as a human being. The starting prompt was released in full in his YouTube description. Here is an excerpt:
You are my dedicated "Intuition Analysis Agent." I will now input my innate nature, images I've saved recently, music I'm listening to, videos I'm watching, current worries, and themes of my work and creation in order... The purpose is not to ask the AI for direct answers to my problems. Based on the premise that the answers are already appearing in the images, music, videos, words, and creative directions I subconsciously choose, please organize and verbalize them, and finally convert them into a visual.
Setting the premise that "the answer is already appearing" is the core of the design.
STEP 2: Provide Pinterest images
Next, upload a batch of images you've saved "just because."
Two important points:
- Don't analyze them one by one; analyze the "common points across the group." Look at colors, quality of light, time of day, amount of negative space, and whether they suggest a desire to "recover, fight, escape, or change."
- Don't re-select images for the analysis. The ones you saved because you "just liked them" reveal your true feelings best.
STEP 3: Provide music playlists
Analyze music not as a "preferred genre," but as the "tempo of current emotions" or the "BGM of your current life phase."
STEP 4: Integrate into a "Chart"
Finally, integrate the OS, image, and music analyses to create a comprehensive diagnostic report. This includes deep psychology, avoided challenges, future direction, a one-week action plan, and even generating an image representing your inner self.
According to him, this entire process takes about one hour.
4. The AI's diagnosis was ruthless
So, what came out? The words the AI returned to a CEO of a $100M company were unreserved.
The OS analysis concluded:
"A person who offers a steel blade wrapped in silk. The gap between your inner sharpness and outer harmony is your greatest weapon and, simultaneously, your greatest source of fatigue."
From the 12 dark-fantasy style images he chose, it pointed out:
"There is almost no natural light. Everything is staged, diffused light. This indicates fatigue from standing under the sun."
The AI deduced his exhaustion from being in the public eye as a leader just from the "quality of light" in his images.
It even quantified his current desires: Fight 5%, Recover 20%, Escape 40%, Change 35%.
From the music, it said: "You are avoiding stopping to feel sadness."
The final conclusion of the integrated report was:
"The era of expansion is over; you are entering the era of purity. You are in the first night of that transition."
Yutori-kun is releasing an EP titled "Turn Off the Mirror Ball" this July, and the AI's diagnosis perfectly matched the theme of his work. It's a 32-minute video where he repeatedly says "amazing" while admitting the AI hit the nail on the head.
He also noted that with a human counselor, people tend to act cool or show off. With AI, you can expose the parts you don't want others to see.
5. Now, for the most important part
I said this would be a "weapon for creators." Here is the payoff.
The essence of the Intuition Chart is the technology of turning "gut feelings" into words.
I run a business using AI. I leave articles, analysis, and planning to AI every day. From that position, I can tell you that the sequence of "don't ask for answers, provide materials for verbalization" works for every business bottleneck.
For example, in content creation:
- You don't know what you want to post.
- You can't decide on an account concept.
- You can't write a profile.
- You can't "be yourself" even when told to.
Many people are stuck here. It's not a matter of ability; it's a matter of sequence. You can't find it because you're digging with words. But your phone already has the answer: your bookmarks, saved posts, accounts you check repeatedly, and random screenshots.
Your worldview is already there. So, I rewrote Yutori-kun's design specifically for content creators. You can copy and paste this:
1[Content Concept Verbalization Prompt]2You are a brand strategist specializing in SNS concept design. I will provide screenshots of posts I recently felt were "somehow good," accounts I find myself checking repeatedly, and images that caught my eye. Please decipher the subconscious patterns common to the whole set, rather than individual impressions. Analyze from these perspectives:31. Common themes/genres (areas I am truly interested in)42. Tone (teaching, empathy, documentary, or high-level commentary)53. Commonality in writing/design (hard/soft, data-heavy/story-heavy)64. The style of posting I "admire but haven't done yet"75. Values I want to convey but haven't verbalized yet8Specifically, look deeply into "why I am attracted to these." Finally, summarize in this format:9- Concept proposals representing my worldview (3 options)10- Profile bio drafts for that concept (3 options)11- Post themes I can start tomorrow (10 ideas)
Take screenshots of your saved folder and throw them at the AI with this prompt. That's it.
Summary
- AI's value isn't just "giving answers." It's "verbalizing what hasn't been put into words."
- Don't ask; provide materials. Don't ask for a diagnosis; provide the test data.
- Don't inflate your titles. Subconscious choices reveal the truth.
- Don't do it just once; do it monthly. The difference from last month becomes a log of your growth.
Today's single step: Screenshot your saved folder and throw it at the AI with the prompt above. It takes 5 minutes.
Finally
What did you think? This idea of providing materials instead of asking for answers is something I use in my business every day. Once you start working this way, you can't go back.
And for a limited time, I am giving away a bundle of "20 Bonuses."

I'll be honest: this wasn't perfected in one go. I failed over 50 times. It took a week to make it usable for everyone. You don't need skill; you just need a design that doesn't confuse the AI.
Let's stop exhausting ourselves by asking AI for "answers."
