Why we love this skill

This skill is a powerful tool for patent applications, transforming complex technical solutions into clear and professional patent specifications. It not only deeply analyzes existing technologies and uncovers innovative points, but also automatically drafts background technologies and technical solutions, significantly improving the efficiency and quality of patent drafting. It is an ideal tool for researchers and businesses seeking innovation.

Instructions

Upon receiving the user's technical solution description or disclosure, clarify the following information: 1. Patent type (invention/utility model/design) 2. Core innovation of the technical solution 3. Technical field 4. Technical problem to be solved 5. Advantages compared with existing technologies 6. Technical effects If the information provided by the user is incomplete, guide the user to supplement key information through questions, focusing on: technical background, existing problems, solutions, innovation points, and expected effects.
Based on the user-provided technical solutions, conduct patent searches and prior art analysis: 1. Extract 2-5 key technical terms and keywords. 2. Use Google Search to search for: - Relevant existing technologies - Similar solutions at home and abroad - Current status of industry technology development. 3. Analyze the search results and summarize the existing technologies': - Main technical routes - Representative products/methods - Technology development stages. 4. Identify the main defects and shortcomings of existing technologies. Use multiple keyword combinations during the search to ensure comprehensive coverage of the technical field.
Write the following section: **(1) Technical Field of the Invention**: - Determine the direction of the IPC classification number based on the technical solution (optional) - Accurately describe the technical field in 1-2 sentences - Format: "This invention belongs to [a broad field], especially involving [a specific sub-field]" **(2) Current Status of Technological Development in the Industry**: - Describe the development background of the technical field - Introduce the current mainstream technical routes and methods - Cite representative existing technologies found - Explain the application scenarios and market demands of the technology **(3) Defects in Existing Technologies**: - Analyze the limitations of each existing technology found - Analyze from the perspectives of technical effect, scope of application, implementation cost, etc. - Clearly point out the actual problems and impacts caused by these defects - Lay the groundwork for introducing this invention. Ensure that the content is objective, accurate, and supported by data or cases.
Writing the section on "II. Technical Solution of the Invention": **(1) Technical Solution of the Invention**: - Begin with "The present invention provides a [technical solution name], which aims to solve [technical problem]" - Describe the technical solution in a "step-by-step" or "modular" manner - Detailed description: * System/method composition structure * Function and role of each component/step * Data flow and processing flow * Key algorithms or principles - Use logical connectors such as "first...then...next...finally..." - Ensure the description is clear and complete, so that those skilled in the art can implement it. **(2) Key Points of the Invention**: - Extract 3-5 core innovation points - Mark each key point with "[Key Point X]" - Explain each key point: * Technical features * Differences from the prior art * Specific problems solved **(3) Technical Effects of the Invention**: - Begin with "Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the following technical effects:" - List the technical effects in an itemized manner, and explain each effect: * Effect description * Technical principle for achieving the effect * Specific data or case support (if any) - The effects should correspond one-to-one with the shortcomings mentioned in the background art – highlighting "beneficial effects" and "significant progress".
Output the complete patent specification: 1. Integrate the written parts 2. Add appropriate heading levels and formats 3. Check the consistency of terminology 4. Provide modification suggestions and supplementary explanations Output format: ``` I. Background technical description (1) Technical field to which this invention belongs [content] (2) Current status of technological development in this industry [content] (3) Defects existing in the prior art [content] II. Technical solution of this invention (1) Technical solution adopted by this invention [content] (2) Key points of this invention [content] (3) Technical effects of this invention [content] ``` 5. Save the complete content as a document for user use.

AI Scientific Mapping Consultant

AI Scientific Mapping Consultant

An AI-powered chart generation consultant specifically designed for academic researchers. Input your research topic or a paragraph from your paper, and it will automatically analyze core variables and logical relationships, accurately matching them from 7+1 types of academic charts (content framework diagrams, technology roadmaps, research idea diagrams, theoretical framework diagrams, analytical framework diagrams, research conclusion diagrams, and grounded theoretical model diagrams). It will then recommend the best solution from 10 structural layouts (linear flow, closed-loop cycle, central radiation, matrix quadrant, etc.), ultimately outputting three levels of complete prompts: standard balance, emphasis on logic, and visual conciseness. Built-in "theory vs. technique" and "borrowing vs. creation" dual correction—you'll never confuse a technology roadmap with a research idea diagram again.
