This skill transforms a traditional course into a smart course. It is designed for university teachers who have already completed partial lesson plans, syllabi, or unit designs and wish to further develop the smart construction of the entire course. Teachers only need to provide the course name, target audience, class hours, course content, and existing materials to generate a complete smart course construction plan, including: 1. Course positioning and construction problem diagnosis; 2. Knowledge, ability, and quality objectives system; 3. OBE course objective correspondence; 4. Project-based course content reconstruction; 5. Course knowledge graph structure; 6. Smart teaching models before, during, and after class; 7. List of digital teaching resources; 8. Course AI teaching assistant design plan; 9. Process evaluation and course assessment system; 10. Construction tasks, implementation steps, and deliverables list. It is applicable to undergraduate and vocational college courses in arts, sciences, engineering, medicine, economics, management, arts, and ideological and political education. This Skill focuses on addressing the question of "how to systematically build an entire course," and does not handle real teaching data analysis, student alerts, or course operation diagnostics. These tasks are handled by the third-level Skill.
