Description
Turn a health topic into a clear, beautifully illustrated food guide. Enter a condition or symptom. This Skill checks relevant dietary guidance, organizes everyday options, foods to limit, and foods to avoid only when clearly supported, then creates English food posters. It preserves the difference between moderation and a true restriction, without inventing nutrient values or rankings. The default look combines warm ivory backgrounds, forest-green editorial typography and natural-light food photography. Create a single overview or a set of separate posters. Adjust the categories, image count, aspect ratio and visual style, including a pale-blue stacked-food treatment. Made for nutrition education, lifestyle content and creators who need clear food illustrations. Each poster retains its applicable population and material conditions, with traceable medical sources alongside the images. Ambiguous symptoms or circumstances that materially change the advice prompt a focused clarification. This is an educational image-creation workflow, not a diagnosis, prescription or personal treatment plan. Search and image-generation tools are required. The installation price is 3,000 credits; generation usage follows the platform's own rules. Gallery images are AI-created high-uric-acid examples. End-to-end image generation inside YouMind has not yet been tested.

ImageWellness Recipe Poster
Want to share a wellness soup but stuck choosing a recipe, organizing the steps, designing the layout, or writing the copy? Give it a theme such as “soothing dryness” or “supporting digestion and clearing dampness,” or paste in a recipe you already have. It will check the recipe basis, organize the ingredients and instructions into a clear, easy-to-read poster, and prepare a Xiaohongshu title, post copy, and hashtags. The default format is a 3:4 vertical layout with a gentle hand-drawn style in cream white, botanical green, and warm orange. You can also specify your own visual style. Ordinary food ingredients are prioritized, and details such as steps and quantities are based on verifiable recipe sources. Each delivery includes: ① a complete recipe poster ② a recommended title plus alternatives, body copy, and hashtags ③ sources and notes explaining the revisions. For a series, you can keep the same visual style and continue creating posters with different recipes. Designed for wellness food, food, and lifestyle content creators. Benefit-related terms are for topic selection only and are not used for diagnosis, prescribing, or claims of effectiveness. Specific formulas involving medicinal ingredients require reliable supporting evidence. Use requires the current environment to provide the relevant search and image-generation capabilities, with fees subject to the platform’s actual policies. Layered illustration source files and posting on your behalf are not included.
ImageViral Health Theory Slides
Just say “generate an image” to get a vertical health infographic suited for Xiaohongshu and Douyin. You can also specify the number of images and topics such as fat loss, sleep routines, diet, or office-worker health. Content is planned around current health and wellness trends to help you consistently create memorable, easy-to-understand “XX theory”-style educational content. Each image includes 12 distinct health theories covering everyday areas such as food, hydration, sleep, exercise, sun exposure, and bowel movements. Each point comes with a concise, positive, actionable suggestion that includes a number or frequency, along with a matching cute flat cartoon illustration. The content avoids medical diagnoses, claims of effectiveness, and absolute statements, making it better suited for sharing everyday health knowledge. The finished images use a 9:16 vertical mobile infographic layout, with a light beige background, rounded cards with thin black borders, and bright, soft pastel cartoon illustrations. Each includes a prominent topic title, 12 core content panels, and a summary panel at the bottom. When you need multiple images, each one uses a different combination of theories, illustrations, and colors, making it convenient for daily health content, launching an account, and preparing posts in batches.
