TL;DR

original text में खास तौर पर "Lost in the Middle" का ज़िक्र है, जहाँ long contexts के बीच में रखी important information को model ठीक से use नहीं कर पाता।

Standard Chat Models, Reasoning Models, Multimodal Models, Embedding Models, Rerank Models, Voice और Real-time Models — हर एक अलग-अलग tasks संभालते हैं।

Historical messages, summaries, short-term memory, long-term memory, context compression और session state को manage करें, फिर interface conventions के हिसाब से ज़रूरी information pass करें।

हर call के लिए model, input, output, token usage और time record करें।

सबसे पहले basic components को master करें: Role and Responsibility, Task Description, Context, Input Data, Output Format और Constraints।

पूरी chain के साथ सीखें: Document loading and parsing, Chunking, Embedding, Indexing, Recall, Reranking, Context organization, Answer generation, Citation tracing और Effect evaluation।

Filter-first vs retrieve-first के बीच trade-off को समझें।

"Lost in the Middle" को ध्यान में रखें ताकि long contexts में key evidence ignore न हो।

Query Rewrite, HyDE, Self-Query, Agentic RAG, GraphRAG advanced content हैं।

कम से कम 2 tools implement करें, जैसे web search, calculator, file query या time query।

@xiaomovps का पोस्ट

https://x.com/chasen_liao/status/2100801915886182836

https://x.com/xiaomovps/status/2097987217302167636

State Management:

Workflow Patterns:

Agent Security: System Execution Boundaries

Material इस exercise को "Write a Claude Code from 0 to 1" कहता है।

Source code: learn-claude-code।

Multiple requests, long tasks, session saving, failure recovery, testing, deployment.

Python Async, FastAPI, Pydantic

Async: asyncio, coroutines, event loops, task scheduling, concurrency control, async I/O, timeouts, cancellation को समझें।

FastAPI: Routing, request/response models, Depends dependency injection, middleware, exception handling, lifecycle, OpenAPI docs, async interface development

Pydantic: Type annotations, BaseModel, Field, nested models, enums, validators, config items, DTO design, serialization सीखें।

SQLAlchemy, Alembic, PostgreSQL

SQLAlchemy 2.0 models, relations, queries, transactions, connection pools, AsyncSession सीखें।

Task Queues

Redis: String, Hash, Set, ZSet, Stream, TTL, Pipeline, Lua, Pub/Sub। RedisJSON, Vector Search capabilities।

Use cases: Cache, rate limiting, distributed locks, session state, task state, lightweight message streams।

Search/vector capabilities के लिए Redis Search and Query देखें।

RabbitMQ: Producer, Consumer, Exchange, Queue, Binding, Routing Key, Ack, Prefetch, Dead Letter Queue, Quorum Queue।

AMQP-based message queue। Async tasks, service decoupling, traffic peak shaving, background processing को समझें।

Testing, Containerization, Automated Delivery

Testing: Unit, integration, async, Mock, Fixture, test DB, interface testing।

Docker: Dockerfile, image build, container run, env vars, volume, network, multi-stage build।

CI/CD: GitHub Actions workflow, job, step, trigger, secrets, cache, artifact। Auto checks, test pipelines, Docker image build, multi-env deployment।

Kubernetes: Pod, Deployment, Service, Ingress, ConfigMap, Secret, Job, CronJob, HPA, health checks, rolling release।

Microservices: Monolith vs split, DDD boundaries, sync/async communication, API gateway, config management, service governance, observability।

REST API के लिए FastAPI, request/response के लिए Pydantic, users/sessions/messages/tasks के लिए PostgreSQL, cache/task state के लिए Redis, async tasks के लिए RabbitMQ या background task queue।

README में architecture description, startup method, interface examples, test instructions हों।

Coding Agent: Pi, Codex CLI

Task interface, working directory/context, execution state, tool connections

Personal Agent: OpenBot, OpenDots

Chasen - inline image

हर project में कम से कम 3 before/after comparisons के pairs रखें।
