Description
Recently, 028 has been experimenting with a fascinating way to work with photos. The top half of an ordinary photo stays true to the original. In the bottom half, the subject is reimagined as a miniature world. Cars, buildings, people, and street scenes can all be compressed into restrained isometric illustrations. The colors are taken directly from the original image. Even the mood carries through. What I love most is the feeling of a magazine spread. There’s plenty of negative space, very little text, and a quiet composition. When the photo and illustration sit side by side, the image suddenly gains an extra layer of narrative. It’s as if reality and memory each occupy half of the same image. I’ve organized the complete prompt. Try it with one of your own photos—you may get hooked.

Why we love this skill
Turn each photo into a refined split editorial poster: real photography above, an isometric miniature paper model below, rebuilt with the original colors and a restrained, poetic layout.

P089 has been experimenting with an AI image style I really love lately. It doesn't simply turn a photo into a full-page scene. Instead: The top half keeps the original photo, while the bottom half automatically generates a set of “floating lifestyle vignette journal” elements. I tried it with many completely different images: 🥐 Comforting brunches 🌸 Wildflowers by the roadside 🎒 Everyday carry items 🐱 Sleeping kittens 🛋️ Warm rooms It makes the feeling of everyday life instantly expand. The most interesting part is that the AI doesn't rigidly recreate one large scene. Instead, it breaks the photo into separate vignettes floating as scattered points: a central subject paired with surrounding close-ups of food, plants, objects, and clothing patterns. Loose, childlike fine lines, watercolor, and colored pencil add gentle touches, interspersed with handwritten reflections on everyday life and doodle-like symbols. The entire page feels relaxed, tender, and softly alive.

Suitable for organizing personal photography, independent publishing, exhibition studies, and lifestyle-oriented visual projects. Even when the original composition is ordinary, the background is cluttered, or the subject is small, you can reestablish the visual focus through reduction, rearrangement, cropping, and changes in scale—instead of simply applying a filter to the photo. The lower section extracts only the most recognizable subjects, outlines, structures, gestures, and narrative relationships from the photo, reconstructing them as Minimalist Poetic Collage Illustration. Do not copy the photo in full, redraw every object literally, or retain all subjects and background elements. Remove irrelevant details and keep only the structures, lines of movement, and visual memory cues that best represent the original. Re-express them through simplification, cropping, scaling, rearrangement, and negative space, so the relationship to the photo above is immediately recognizable.

The lower half of Photo 026 It isn't about drawing the photo all over again. Instead, it captures the most interesting elements and expresses them anew~ Complex images are gradually reduced to just a few lines and blocks of color. Yet, amazingly, you can still recognize them at a glance. That's what makes minimalist design so much fun. Quiet and understated, but it makes you want to look for two seconds longer. I really love this prompt set.
