SkillForge's advanced workshop has specifically adapted Garry Tan's open-source gstack engineering sprint methodology into a full lifecycle management system for Claude Code Skills. From verifying the authenticity of requirements with six fundamental questions, to architecture planning, SKILL.md creation, quality review, eval testing, release packaging, and finally review and iteration—each stage has a dedicated AI role with confidence scoring and anti-spam mechanisms. It also includes two additional processes: emergency diagnosis and security audit. It doesn't just say "good idea," it only provides evidence-based judgments. This ensures that every skill withstands the rigorous testing of these seven processes.
